These are Otis ModLogic not Otis REM although REM means remake meaning they were modernised

REM doesn't mean remake, it stands for Remote Elevator Monitoring - which means that OTIS (if they carry out the maintenance here) can pull up the status of this lift in their offices at any time they please.
