Everyone has their favourite but can we all agree that Idol Producer S1 was one of the best versions? No evil editing, much fairer screen time, lots of interesting trainees, great chemistry between the trainees, staff, and mentors, and so many funny moments throughout each episode.. I remember when the trainees asked the PD if all 100 of them could go out for hotpot and I was so shocked when they actually did treat them to hotpot.. I remember all the behind the scenes footage of the staff joking around with the trainees as well, and trainees having fun together.. Not to mention all the times when the mentors personally went to the trainees to cheer them up when they needed it. IP really did just have a much better atmosphere
Exactly! I didn't think I was going to like Idol Producer but the way they fairly treat the trainees is amazing. Also the fair amount of screen time, only showing their hard working times, no drama which was so pleasant to me, always having fun and laughing; just made the show so much fun to watch. Also, if you know how, international fans could vote too. Lol. But the trainees were able to work hard and enjoy themselves with their mentors and the show staffs. ALL the trainees all got a chance to shine and the connection they had with each other was strong. It's nice to see how open they were with themselves and each other.
@@leenuhh_ Ikr, I honestly had low expectations at first as well and didn't think I'd even get attached to any of the trainees bc I only decided to check it out for Yixing, but in the end I had so many favourites and I still remember the grand majority of the trainees.. I was so sad when it ended bc we wouldn't see all the fun interactions between the diff trainees anymore but thankfully some of the boys did have reunions in some diff shows where they would appear together

First of all, because they’re so freaking handsome. I’m eternally shocked by those Chinese trainees’ insane visual. There are soooo many good-looking guys on that show, both season 1 and 2, to the point that Bi Wenjun (one of the best looking and tallest trainees, who also has top vocal ability) didn’t even make it into the final group. I still feel a bit sad about it🤷♀️

I have to admit they are all addictive in their own ways. But my most most favorites are the first and second season theme songs for Idol Producer, Produce 48 theme and the theme songs for Season 1 of both Produce 101 and Produce 101 China.
I am not young. First, Korean tried to learn everything from America and Japan, then they develop those with their own traits. At first I hated Korean idol industry but now I have to admit how hardworking they are and they successfully attract others to learn and follow. I agree that the tv programme (the Ei Ei song's one ) is a copycat. That Chinese programme did not buy the copyright from Produce 101. But the song is original. I can see how talent the staff involved in that programme are (the new versions of songs , the choreography). I do hope they can start something new and get rid of the name of copy cat.

What the Chinese people did with the 偶像练习生 s1 is taking the system and copying the structure of the program without mnet’s input or paying for the copyrights. That is what copying is. Do not start an argument where China doesn’t copy every other successful effort out there because you do not have a case. While I understand wanting to support your country, at least have the guts to own up to what your country did. HuaWei copies Samsung, 优酷 so obviously copied TH-cam starting with the name, and other countless things. Anyways, Ei Ei, was a catchy song and it really had put a place in my heart. I love the Chinese PRODUCE for the boys because the way they give screen time and treat their boys has been amazing. Especially the first season. People had fallen for ALL the boys seeing how much they all connected so well together and with their teachers. I enjoy watching their content and the trainees were all able to show their potential and personality without being cut in the scene. It's good without the drama and evil dramatic editing; instead filled with laughter and tears. I do also like the idea of them making Produce48 even though I felt like it was rigged at some point. But love their song too since it was nice hearing them sing in Korean and then switching to Japanese. It had a nice touch.

my opinion: - Pick Me Up : Iconic, super catchy - Nayana: Loved the song and choreography - Ei Ei: Such a heartwarming song (especially if you watched the show and got super emotional with it) - Pick Me (China girls) : Loved that they included a rap part - Nekkoya: Great center and good choreography/stage production - Take Me There: Probably my favorite theme song (especially the high note!) and yet another heartwarming song and a great set of guys (if you watched the show you know what I mean) - Produce X: The center! Oof what presence! Absolutely loved the choreo - Produce Camp: this sounds like sunshine and rainbows were mixed haha. More of an MV than a theme song performance but it's creative :) P.S. support UNINE!!
You should really watch it though, even though some many not be more talented than Korean (the Korean Idol training system is by far more extensive and experienced), there are truly gems (ex SM Trainees) and tbh, good rapping. There are no evil edits and the Trainees are so down to earth!
That’s right, in all versions, i like Chinese one, especially Produce Camp 2019, it’s the most emotional and it gave me pleasure, happiness when i watched it. The trainees are so talented, handsome and the trainers are cool, too

I think jurina is a possible candidate because if you watch hrr focus/fancam vid you'll what they mean about "japanese trainees entertain people". She looks very lively and in every move she does you can see another facial expression. She's also interesting to watch because she gives you that happy vibe too. Miru from NMB 48 is also a good candudate for center she just like jurina but jurina is better for me 😄. It's just sad that none of them made to class A so they weren't given the opportunity to shine. I think the next time PD 101/48 should probably pick center among all the contestants because it would such a waste of talent if they couldn't give the opportunity to all the participants to show their hidden charms. Like in the second reevaluation Yabuki Nako wasn't just able to show her best or she did not exoect any of thise to happen in the first evaluation so she had an F (but she is talented). In the second reevaluation judges began to see ger potential and began to acknowledge her hardwork and efforts which led her the way to Class A.
Idol Produce... They plagiarized. They used the "Produce 101" licensing privilege without permission. Especially, it is clear plagiarism that "pick me" in the song. Because of that plagiarism, "Produce 101 China" suffered damage.
Nayana is the difficult one....it also involves proper body posture if you think its not....the more you get too detailed to movements, the more you focused on it, but the problem is both hands and feet have it....its really confusing- (nayana)... I know coz i tried both of them...😊
Its Idol producer season 1 for me. It was just so real and easy to watch, screen time and exposure was fair, plus voting wasn't tampered with at all. The trainees all had amazing chemistry and i swear everyone (including the mentors) were on crack lol
Also, season 2;; the way they helped the environment, community, and also the fact every trainee adore one another. Even to the point they are able to joke with their mentors. The staffs even gave them red packets. Even the trainees said their thanks to the staffs every time they could and admire the hardwork the staffs done for them. The mentors are also kind and very reasonable when explaining to them on what they needed help on without glaring or yelling at them. Rather the mentors are all sweet and help them through one by one patiently. Even some stay up to help them. Let me just say, I love Idol Producer in general. Both seasons were truly the best.
Let's be real, y'all come here to see kunkun 😙😙 (Based on a perceived notion that if you've watched both the Korean and Chinese one, you know that the Chinese one was nicer in terms of staff/editing team n trainees )
I came here for Sakura- the best for me! And also, Korea has the best talented trainees, unbeatable visuals, and the best show format. But the voting format in Korea is not really fair to be honest.

I think idol producer is one of the best versions even when compared to the original. It was hella hilarious and I enjoyed every single episode, which I was surprised by. I only watched cuz i heard yixing was the judge, but ended up stating for the trainees too. There was no drama and evil editing between the trainees. There was fair screen time (as fair as it could get) the center, xukun and the theme song is good. I miss idol producer the most tbvh

Interesting point about Idol Producer, first the interaction between mentor/teacher and trainee. The mentor give really good advice and encourage the trainee. Second, fair screen time so we can see development skill of trainee. And last, attitude from trainee that support each other and learning together.

It's pretty cool that the Produce Camp theme is a bit different from the others. Maybe they can make their own iconic line with "Call Me, Call my name" for the next seasons of Produce 101 China after this season.

Korean version has a better production in terms of music, but the chinese ones take care of their idols and doesn't have that evil editing, this makes the Korean series so unfair. Btw love and aprreciate all the series. 💓
@@dodo-eu6ox editing as in no evil editing. because other than the 2-3 hr long episodes, we also get behind the scene vlogs and interviews, tons of them. So screentime is more fair.
If u watch the Chinese version of produce series U will realise how much benefit they have just by seeing their dorm. It’s so pretty and colourful compared to the dorm in the Korean version of produce.

The Chinese versions were better in my opinion they gave lower ranks a chance to rank higher. The Korean versions had already picked who they wanted to debut from the first episode.

First of all, because they’re so freaking handsome. I’m eternally shocked by those Chinese trainees’ insane visual.
There are soooo many good-looking guys on that show, both season 1 and 2, to the point that Bi Wenjun (one of the best looking and tallest trainees, who also has top vocal ability) didn’t even make it into the final group.

I am not young. First, Korean tried to learn everything from America and Japan, then they develop those with their own traits. At first I hated Korean idol industry but now I have to admit how hardworking they are and they successfully attract others to learn and follow.
I agree that the tv programme (the Ei Ei song's one ) is a copycat. That Chinese programme did not buy the copyright from Produce 101. But the song is original. I can see how talent the staff involved in that programme are (the new versions of songs , the choreography). I do hope they can start something new and get rid of the name of copy cat.

What the Chinese people did with the 偶像练习生 s1 is taking the system and copying the structure of the program without mnet’s input or paying for the copyrights. That is what copying is. Do not start an argument where China doesn’t copy every other successful effort out there because you do not have a case. While I understand wanting to support your country, at least have the guts to own up to what your country did. HuaWei copies Samsung, 优酷 so obviously copied TH-cam starting with the name, and other countless things. China has done a refutably good job industrializing from the ground up, but if you for a second think the ideas didn’t come from other countries, you are pitifully mistaken.

Anyways, Ei Ei, was a catchy song and it really had put a place in my heart. I love the Chinese PRODUCE for the boys because the way they give screen time and treat their boys has been amazing. Especially the first season. People had fallen for ALL the boys seeing how much they all connected so well together and with their teachers. I enjoy watching their content and the trainees were all able to show their potential and personality without being cut in the scene. It's good without the drama and evil dramatic editing; instead filled with laughter and tears.
I do also like the idea of them making Produce48 even though I felt like it was rigged at some point. But love their song too since it was nice hearing them sing in Korean and then switching to Japanese. It had a nice touch.
I'm afraid if mnet doesn't stop the produce series. My grandchild will be watching produce series season 3425064 . *Im still a teen lmao*

- Pick Me Up : Iconic, super catchy
- Nayana: Loved the song and choreography
- Ei Ei: Such a heartwarming song (especially if you watched the show and got super emotional with it)
- Pick Me (China girls) : Loved that they included a rap part
- Nekkoya: Great center and good choreography/stage production
- Take Me There: Probably my favorite theme song (especially the high note!) and yet another heartwarming song and a great set of guys (if you watched the show you know what I mean)
- Produce X: The center! Oof what presence! Absolutely loved the choreo
- Produce Camp: this sounds like sunshine and rainbows were mixed haha. More of an MV than a theme song performance but it's creative :)

Unexpectedly, so many people like the Chinese version of the icon producer.
You should really watch it though, even though some many not be more talented than Korean (the Korean Idol training system is by far more extensive and experienced), there are truly gems (ex SM Trainees) and tbh, good rapping. There are no evil edits and the Trainees are so down to earth!
That’s right, in all versions, i like Chinese one, especially Produce Camp 2019, it’s the most emotional and it gave me pleasure, happiness when i watched it. The trainees are so talented, handsome and the trainers are cool, too

I think jurina is a possible candidate because if you watch hrr focus/fancam vid you'll what they mean about "japanese trainees entertain people". She looks very lively and in every move she does you can see another facial expression. She's also interesting to watch because she gives you that happy vibe too. Miru from NMB 48 is also a good candudate for center she just like jurina but jurina is better for me 😄. It's just sad that none of them made to class A so they weren't given the opportunity to shine. I think the next time PD 101/48 should probably pick center among all the contestants because it would such a waste of talent if they couldn't give the opportunity to all the participants to show their hidden charms. Like in the second reevaluation Yabuki Nako wasn't just able to show her best or she did not exoect any of thise to happen in the first evaluation so she had an F (but she is talented). In the second reevaluation judges began to see ger potential and began to acknowledge her hardwork and efforts which led her the way to Class A.

Its Idol producer season 1 for me. It was just so real and easy to watch, screen time and exposure was fair, plus voting wasn't tampered with at all. The trainees all had amazing chemistry and i swear everyone (including the mentors) were on crack lol

Also, season 2;; the way they helped the environment, community, and also the fact every trainee adore one another. Even to the point they are able to joke with their mentors. The staffs even gave them red packets. Even the trainees said their thanks to the staffs every time they could and admire the hardwork the staffs done for them. The mentors are also kind and very reasonable when explaining to them on what they needed help on without glaring or yelling at them. Rather the mentors are all sweet and help them through one by one patiently. Even some stay up to help them.
Let me just say, I love Idol Producer in general. Both seasons were truly the best.

And those aren’t even the first to do the elimination type of show. SM ent used that type of system to make EXO. so sure u can say that idol producer copied produce 101 but then u also have to understand that produce 101 also copied other shows but they did it in a much larger scale
Idol Producer Season 1 is remarkable! No evil editing and the center Cai Xukun is really the best of all the center I've seen in this kind of show.❤

Bangtan Seonyeondan or its when they manipulate a certain scene at the show or episode that’s shows the viewers that he/she has “bad” intentions, therefore making the “national producers” turn on him/her (not always though)

I think idol producer is one of the best versions even when compared to the original.
It was hella hilarious and I enjoyed every single episode, which I was surprised by. I only watched cuz i heard yixing was the judge, but ended up stating for the trainees too.
There was no drama and evil editing between the trainees. There was fair screen time (as fair as it could get) the center, xukun and the theme song is good.

Interesting point about Idol Producer, first the interaction between mentor/teacher and trainee. The mentor give really good advice and encourage the trainee. Second, fair screen time so we can see development skill of trainee. And last, attitude from trainee that support each other and learning together.

If u watch the Chinese version of produce series U will realise how much benefit they have just by seeing their dorm. It’s so pretty and colourful compared to the dorm in the Korean version of produce.

The Chinese versions were better in my opinion they gave lower ranks a chance to rank higher. The Korean versions had already picked who they wanted to debut from the first episode.
