I faced same kind of situation in 21-may-2020,when HR called me and gave me termination latter told to me that you are not according to our criteria.(previously i got best person of team award in annual function and i have 10 years experience in production line and I am qualified and certified engineer).fortunately my parents are alive and and i am unmarried .So after watching this episode whole scene of my termination is come into my mind .I would like to say here we are only servent regardless we are manager supervisor or Director,high officals use us and throw us.I advice all employee to think about otherthen job like small business .No work is small or big .
