Ebike Battery made from Model S cells 36V 16Ah - Checking initial cell balance

This pack is made from Tesla Model S cells from at 2015 MY car.
It's about 575Wh capacity @ 36V nominal.
Good for about 75A peak or 2.7kW peak power.
