Extra 8 grand for more jimat minyak, ada adaptive cruise control, boleh lepak rest kaki kat seat belakang, ultra seat yang luas, better handling experience, lebih power, skrin infotainment lebih besar, lay out dashboard lebih kemas dengan button knob yang sedap dipegang, i think City HB worth the money & Yaris jauh kena tinggal.
Yaris hanya Memang dekat durability tu je tapi sampai bila nak pakai kereta tahan ni mesti lah nak tukar baru lepas ni boleh kata honda adalah proton dan toyota adalah perodua 😂
For lesser money than the City uncan even do more in the Myvi and still have reliablility and safety features that City HB can even offer and while the City might depreciated down after getting the keys the Myvis still some what hold their values

Low spec for City hatchback including E spec come with four airbags and halogen headlights while Low spec Yaris come with seven airbags and LED Headlights. Even honda city hatchback quality is also not that good compare to Yaris. City hatchback interior looks plain than Yaris despite Yaris is facelift but looks better than City hatchback.

@@northgirl9733 i do respect your opinion but for me i would choose City HB for the reasons stated above. It will be more helpful to have extra safety features but for me, driving experience more important and I found it in City HB. Yaris is good to see but not to own it.
in 2024 is the yaris still better than city hB? they're both now almost the same price.

Yaris and city hatchback got active safety features like AEB. But yaris safety features is better than the safety features for city hatchback. Yaris got blind spot monitor and rear cross traffic alert but city hatchback don’t have but with using lanewatch, but already dated.
City also has blind spot with visual effect through monitor display use by camera below sidemirror , honda also has lanewatch keeping assist with adaptive cruise control alsi rear cross traffic with honda sensing , honda sensing available for v sensing and rs spec ,
I still think Yaris is a looker. Comfortable and better NVH

The price different is too big. Yaris even get free tinted worth 2k, free bodykit worth 2.5k.if they charged the tinted and bodykit, Yaris still cheaper than City HB. I think they gonna increase the Yaris price on 2023.

everyone have different opinion. someone will said yaris better for the look and the other one said city better for their performance. all of this subjective depends on what do you need for your car. if u go for reliability, go for toyota. if u go performance get honda. if u want good value for money, there is always PERODUA MYVI.
Well, it is not necessary have to be performance, driving fast will be unsafe and end up in the accident. Important is to have safety features, durability, comfort, NVH, design and equipments when buying cars which many people wants over performance
the Yaris G doesnt have the complete Toyota Safety Sense, Yaris G Lane Keep Assist ONLY warning unlike the City Honda Sensing Lane Keep Assist with Steering Correction… Yaris G without even standard cruise ctrl while City V with Honda Sensing had Adaptive Cruise Ctrl and without Honda Sensing also have std auto cruise ctrl,City had larger 8 inch touch screen headunit with 8 speakers…
Actually, AEB (Automonous Emergency Braking) and LDW (Lane Departure Warning) are good enough. As long as there is blind spot monitor, rear cross traffic alert and 360 camera, will be worth to buy like City hatchback don’t have. Besides, since you said lanewatch camera is good, but is your opinion but many people will still prefer blind spot monitor compare to lanewatch. Blind spot monitor will assist more on drivers when changing lanes but lanewatch come with left side and won’t assist much to drivers. That’s why honda have decided to phased out lanewatch and upgrade to better blind spot technology system which is blind spot monitor

Do you select sport mode for yaris? Before start stop speed test. If honda select S.. Yaris should be sport mode also.

Just booked Honda City Hatchback yesterday as nowadays it's hard to get a new car without waiting for many months to more than 1 year. Tak dapat pilih warna kereta atau jelnama kereta bila mahu cepat dapat kereta.
Aku kalo nk pilih antara 2 kereta ni,aku akan pikir kt mana kedudukan kereta ni dlm market lg 10-20thn akan dtg...byk model H dh terbukti still relevan even umur design dh 20thn atau lebih...dan time tu,walaupn model lama tp still jadi buruan anak² muda dan time tu kalo nk jual,boleh dpt harga yg tinggi...tgk jela model EG,CRX,CRZ,EK,FD,FC,FK,Jazz GD,GE,GK...byk lagila...bdk² muda main giler²...blh dikatakan majoriti hatchback H akan sentiasa evergreen utk buat masa yg lama...tp kalo Toyota???...mula² je org beriya pakai...tp lama²,model tu akan dilupekn...design Toyota membosankan...design yg x blh kekal relevan lama...design yg mula² je nmpk cun tp lama² nmpk bosan...

The power gap between this car is quite huge in real world. I usually drove these 2 cars back 2 back on my daily basis and the city is FAR more powerful and the handling is FAR better compared to the yaris. Go for City if you prefer practicality and driving
if i go through jam daily, comfort wise and petrol saving, which would you recommend between these 2?
@@jonathanmarkleonard5571 City’s suspension is stiffer than the yaris and seat foam aren’t as cushy but the CVT transmission is a lot better and smoother compared to the yaris. You’ll appreciate the zippines of the City powertrain in conditions like this. Yaris on the other hand felt a bit heavy from the get go maybe due to the Horsepower difference.
Fuel consumption wise it’s pretty similar with these 2, nothing to complain and it’s very decent for a 1.5L. For the conclusion, i do think that the City is better for everyday use.

Yaris doesnt even come with std cruise ctrl while City has Adaptive Cruise Ctrl if u go for the Honda Sensing while without Honda Sensing also, City still have auto cruise ctrl, the Lane Watch Camera is clear enough and is even better that Just Blind Spot Monitoring, a warning sign at the side mirror, City touch screen are larger with 8 speakers

I have both of this brand , for me honda more to performance and safety.. but toyota more to handling comfort..and both are wisely in fuel economy
City hatchback has no blind spot monitor, rear cross traffic alert, camera parking system, called that still more safety than Yaris, though that Yaris have ADAS but partial while City hatchback also have ADAS but full. Even quality for Honda is not really good as Toyota and other brands. Even Perodua and Mazda quality is also better than Honda
Actuslly the real competitor to both Yaris and City is the Myvi. If any of them can beat the Myvi in sales and safety features with leseer $$ u have to fork out that ks the true winner

Honestly, Yaris is better than City hatchback, in terms of reliability, safety features, comfort, handling, NVH and design. Yaris also offered with 360 degree camera mainly for parking and also for both sides for blind spot monitor
