- Part seven and one the hardest parts edited together during 9 months to get it ready. This is also the first of one of the most emotional and heart wrenching parts in the film for Madison Thomas and EnterprisingEngine93 show an excellent chemistry of dialogue.
The engines of Sodor work along very well with their American visitors as Halloween approaches. Ariel is doing well herself but later on it becomes clear that she suffered a bad ordeal in the past and Edward notices this, deciding to talk to her. Emotionally and physically saddened, Ariel tells him that she almost became a victim to 311's curse and her near death traumatised her for 38 years and still is to this day.
Trivia: Edward is the only survivor of his class but in real life non them survived however in this alternative universe Shine Ortiz and I though it would be a good idea to have some of his siblings make it into preservation and this alternative Thomas universe they did.

I like how you put Shane on the back of every one of Scotman's trains. No really, it's a nice touch. Makes it look like how it would actually be done in reality.
Derek the Paxman it's true. I don't really like Shane but I found use for him to serve as Scotsman's back engine to help him reverse into stations or should he break down Shane can help him get back to base. However Shane and Scotsman slowly get along

Damn, Madison has some great talent for voice acting. I felt that emotion so well, that's what truly drew me in on this episode. If she doesn't already do this kind of stuff professionally, or semi-professionally, tell her she really should. She's got what it takes, I can tell.

I love how you paired up Ariel with Edward, both come from similar backgrounds and both are around the same size
the reason Edward tries to relate is that he has a few surviving siblings (despite non of the real class survived) those being OC's I didn't name for reasons (similar to Thomas due the OC over drive the fandom was having at the time)

When I first listened to this in final editing I really cried hard.

yes it is. It's not often but this song was perfect for the scene while I was editing it out and (true point here) took me six attempts to find what music to use and this finally fit the scene. To make it more touching and heart felt, I lowered the tone to match.
It sounds to me like #311 only takes those engines that have the same number as her. Do you think she's still good on the inside somewhere Glen? And from what I saw if Timothy between Shine's story "Timothy saves Christmas" and this story. I think what you might be using is now Timothy's Demons and not Timothy himself. Because according to Shine, Timothy left his demons behind at Barrow in Furness scrapyard.
I get it! Like the legend of the Phoenix when something is destroyed something will be reborn that means Timothy's true spirit can be saved and be reborned into a new form.

Who is the Santa Fe locomotive at 9:17? This is a nice flashback to another encounter of 311 and how she is affected. And Diesel and the trucks reaction to the American engine's are very well timed!!

it's never bad to let out emotion. this film is a dark, scary but otherwise sad tale that barely showed a happy ending that almost never came in sight.

Well u have a good point on all that and believe 95% of movies and entertainment I don’t cry which is good but 1 of the few things for example that’s tear jerking enough the SpongeBob song Gary come home, and to be more specific I have autism 😔 so I guess u could say I more or less know how 311 or rather in this part’s case Ariel feels
@@adamtain7627 as do I having autism mine being aspergers. as for tear jerking, I thought that was just a term of drama crying and over the top which is what my film is not aimed to be where in this I wrote a lot of emotion in the script so I was pushing really hard in this film and it was fun when I was writing it but when I put it together and got this part done I really did shed a few tears when I listened to how Ariel and Edward talked in the last minutes. Mainly the reason being is that I was very inspired by watching anime and I based scenes from it to make the engines talk like the way they did here.
@@adamtain7627 well as of late Anime series or films show great animated emotion to where it's near realistic than just a cartoon thing. Mostly I had the use of anime music for touching parts for music shows another way in telling stories.

At 0:26, I saw Diesel watching David, Diesel is such a scaredy cat of seeing an engine 3 times his size, a i Imagined Diesel was delivering a goods train when he stops running because he claimed to hear a demonic whistle and bell and then Diesel vanished with out a trace. David went out to search for him, but when he arrived, he went to tell Sir Topham Hatt and the engines of sodor about the mysterious fate of Diesel.
he's not scared but more like in shock of just big and massive he is and can go fast. Plus Diesel has never seen an engine like it before.
