I am in the process of making a major shift in my mindset, and sometimes get frustrated by the way I seem to take 2 steps forward, 1 step back, dt self sabotage...I am learning not to beat myself up, to use the negative to trigger more positive response in myself. Today I managed to 'surf' a wave of negativity by doing my yoga, taking care of my body, walking my dog, moving rocks, talking to a friend, and not beating myself up for not being optimally productive today. Life can get so dark when we keep things inside it really hits home for me i tried to commit suicide last year and ended up in the phyqueward and was just in such a dark place and after so much work i now feel so greatful to be alive and am glad there is people out there like you helping so many lives because we all need some help sometimes. god bless man!!

One of my intentions for this year has been to really focus on serving people. I am in accounting and business services and truly connecting people and walking with them in their shoes is what is a complete game changer. There was so much gold in this interview.
