Does the Panasonic RG-R811A bathroom exhaust fan have a moisture sensor to automatically place it in standby mode when no moisture is present? Also, which switch is recommended, a timer switch or a regular switch, and which make and model of switch for both? Thanks.

Looks like your fan box is recessed. It should be flush with the sheetrock when it's hung to seal it off.
Agreed. Plus, I would expect most people wouldn't be installing this in a new construction bathroom. I need to install mine in the existing ceiling
