Hi, wakos has a few different disciplines Semi contact (points) Light continuous (mat with hands and feet (above the waist) Kick light- light continuous where you can kick the thighs Full contact- in a ring kickboxing Low kick- full contact but you can kick below the waist K1- low kick but with knees

En el video no hay low kick... y en el Ligth Contact se permiten los barridos, que deben ser pie con pie.

No, in full contact they don't have the shirt and they can deall heavy blows
I think heavy blows are allowed in both.
But light is also for points i think.
Full contact is in ring..light contact you cant deal very heavy blows there is penalty for doing so
You are free to kick heavily tho. They heavy blow thing is just for punches
