- When fishing a new small pond for big gills use redworms and fish around the pond right out in front of the grass line. My opinion why this technique works in ponds is because there is not much structure so the grass line is the structure for the fish. This is a great tip take it with you and try your ponds in your areas.

That waters is very low at Lake Providence. They keep draining and filling it up which is messing up fishing out there.
Yea, they told me fishing is tough this year at out there. I think they use it for drinking water and probably letting neighbor town use it for drinking. I heard it's insanely low.
I'm gonna catch some heat for this but that's why it's good harvest some out of there over populated lakes hurt the eco system in them small lakes
You are speaking the absolute truth. You have to harvest some to keep the pond balance. You know it's way off balance when the bluegills look way better than the bass. 💯
