Durst’s fate is the same regardless of the outcome. He will either be in the jail’s hospice or his choice of hospice on the streets, but his days are numbered.
Bravo Mr. Balian! You got a perfect assessment of the case and the suitcase appears so compact listening your presentation. A best summary of this case of multiple murders, i hope that the Jury will take account of every issues raised in your deposition. You are really great. A prosecutor, a surgery, an actor and a good director for this "movie". Mr. Durst himself transformed this case in a movie, cause if his infatuation and stupid arrogance. 👋👋👋
A "witness" could inject themselves into Durst's story to be in a movie. So why would Susan admit to crimes like blackmail, covering up a murder, and interfering with an investigation, perjury, etc., when she really needed a rich friend. Why she get so little money too and why turn him in aft decades.
She wasn’t actually going to turn him in. She was too proud to ask for money unless she absolutely needed it. He was hesitating, so she used the threat. But there’s no actual evidence that she would have betrayed him to the police. She told him she’d been contacted by investigators, and she hadn’t.
Bravo Mr Balian! 👏 I think he did an amazing job summarizing the evidence. I thoroughly enjoyed listening to him. Hopefully this seals Durst’s fate!

I'd bet my life that Bob didn't do the crimes they say he did!
Rest in Peace!
You are delusional lol
You might as well flush that bet down the toilet. You'd have a better chance getting it back there then on this case.
Yeh, Scott Peterson is innocent. Takes all kinds.
I too dismember my acquaintances for fun
