That is such a great plot device. WOuld've made this a stronger film experience. It was kind of Meh.
Only issue i had with the movie was the lack of any resemblance within the families. like they didn't even try lol. But great talent and top notch acting..
Tbh, lack of resemblance between characters is a different kind of show that I really appreciate, because it shows that the directors were more focused on bringing together a good cast that bring together a picture frame

Yeah this movie is actually better than scarface and the god father movies. It was a true masterpiece, they captured what even the sopranos failed to capture about the mafia life style. This movie it got it right!

especially since Italy has a state financed health system and is in the EU. If Italians had to pay tremendous amounts of money for their medication, importing them from France, Austria or Denmark would be cheaper than from the USA.
You would be surprised how much us drug's cost in other countries. US pays inflated premium prices.
