U have to play careful wait in the bush until they use their skills then use 2nd skill, if they only hit then use 2nd skill and run, make sure to have full stack because when u hit level 2 u can burst him again, I personally use execute ability to instantly kill, also make sure to look at the map to see if their mage is coming to u

Also if u fight someone with like high burst dmg or a sustain dmg hero (like terizla) then buy iron armor first, don't buy boots, the way I go if I'm fighting someone like argus or zilong I would get armor, then penetration fury thing, and then boots but if your fighting someonenlike cici get penetration first then boots and then defense so when u fight again she can't kill u if u mess up. If you end up fighting tanks don't stay in your lane, clear the lane fast and go to mid to help team mate or steal their waves if their not there

Also if u win early and u clear the wave don't go for turrent and go for the crab it's more worth it because u hit level 4 first and execute is back so u can kill
