- Lots to talk about this week as we look ahead to this weekend's MSC Cruises Gran Premio del Made in Italy e dell'Emilia-Romagna - or Imola by any other name. Merc are quaintly celebrating the centenary of their win in the 1924 Targa Florio; there's lots of expectation surrounding the Ferrari updates; and Red Bull/Max Verstappen will of course be hoping to right the ship. Join us with questions and comments on Wednesday, 13:00 CET.

Nick: you're with us always
Can we all just appreciate how easily Peter can talk about racing and F1 for 3 hours! Honestly great background noise for me while I drive, casual work tasks, cook, etc.
AND he is THE Racing Encyclopedia
Absolutely, I can so relate to this and it's so relaxing. I often put one of Peter's videos on instead of music. Sometimes I use it to help me fall asleep because he is so relaxing to listen to then I go back later and listen again to the bits I would have missed after having fallen asleep! I usually listen to these more than once as there's so much to take in and enjoy!
My favourite short corner example is the pics Peter took at last year's Monaco grand prix, I think it was just after the swimming pool. You could clearly see the difference between Max and Checo's exits. Brilliant.
I could listen to you all day. So much knowledge. Love you bro.
Love all your videos Peter Thankyou for doing what your doing
Love to listen to you, Peter. Love to hear the folklore of Grand Prix racing, thanks for sharing!
Incredibly interesting content, your recall is exceptional. Looking forward to the next one.
Unfortunately, I have just taken delivery of my 2024 Gulfstream, but I will keep your sponsor in mind for next year's purchase 😏
Saw all your great content at the F1 experience in Toronto. Great stuff! Can't say the same about the rest of the exhibit
My first GP 1970 I think Jack Brabham was going to beat Rindt , but broke down on the last lap and tried to push it over the line
There needs to be a motor sports streaming service, WRC and V8 Super Cars should team up with NHRA and super bikes to offer a streaming service. It would be nice to have a little bit more F1 access as well, interview and behind he scenes stuff..there you go Peter..have at it.
Best (other than Moss) to not win the WDC? Icyx, and Amon immediately come to mind. Of drivers that didn't race F1, Seb Loeb is #1 by some margin.
Yeah, lots of great drivers like Gilles and Reutemann, etc I’d read about but they were racing before I knew about f1, so I could only think of drivers in era I’m familiar with.
Kubica should be on that list
42:25 I was gonna ask this question, I saw the clip recently and thought it was you who asked him about the overtake
2:09:05 How have you not said Fernando? He has better racecraft than Lewis, and arguably Max as well
Theres telemetry of throttle level. Brakes are Brake by wire system. The input is fully digitalized by the car. The value is there, just not for public.
Windsor is a P G Wodehouse fan. He's gone up even higher in my estimation
Mike Hewland, was a great engineer, your opinion please?
Could you please , inform us, who was a short or long driver in the 1970
Racism card used for perez? Thought that was only saved for torpedo ham?
Love these lives would make it so much more of a easy watch if someone could do the timestamps 👍🏼
The joy is in the journey, my friend!
Michael Schumacher has 2 children. His daughter was born in 1997 and his son in 1999. Michael still won 5 WDC from 2000 till 2004. So Michael slowing down for 130R ??
Drivers missing WDC? Chris Amon, Dan Gurney, Francois Cevert, Ronnie Peterson, Gilles Villeneuve, Stefan Bellof. Lots of drivers given the right car at the right time. It's mainly about the car.
Why has Red Bull made it so easy for Newley to leave I.e. no gardening leave? Thnx

I thought along had signed a 3 year deal with red bull that's what was said.
How rich are Peter’s listeners with these sponsors? A jet company, a racing software company, and a company to find parts for vintage Ferrari’s. 😂😂😂 FFS
Let’s just call it the San Marino GP 😂
@ Peter Windsor Probably too late but maybe Nigell shouldn't shave his moustache before the event ?
#StandWithRussia
3 hours? do u honeslty think we have that kind of time? will u soon start releasing videos of you sleeping aswell?
Bollocks. Murray walker explained everything
Brit at his best telling bullshit on why he doesnt go no longer to Goodwood...
Didn’t you congratulate Albon on getting an offer for Redbull in 2025…???
He can’t be at two places at the same time with his new Williams contract..
What the hell..??? Fake news
#standwithukraine bye bye Peter, continue to talk to those who supports USA created wars and conflicts
Didn't Russia annex Crimea in 2014. Wasn't it Russia that started the war in 2022 in Ukraine ?
@@henkm4862 Hasn't Russia been an expansionist imperial empire for longer than the US has existed? Also, Ukraine gave up their nuclear weapons, and Russia agreed, in exchange for territorial integrity. Let's just forget that as well. Mr. Sekogasiskren would love to forget that.
Cya, this channels for F1
#standwithPalestine to go with your Pro American Ukr#tag
British drivers have always been overrated. Ever since WW2.
More champions and championships than any other nation. Explain?
@@EnzobluebloodMost teams based in the UK? More British drivers than any other nationality? Statistics?
@@hanskuijsten2380 so does that explain why op thinks British drivers are overrated? Or is op saying British drivers are over represented?
Which?
Would Anthony have advised Lewis to sign for Ferrari at 14 years old, if the offer had been delivered?
Gardening leave would be civil law. To win a case, a team would have to show they had suffered actual loss via breach of contract - which is harder than It sounds. More to the point, F1 is a small private club and an engineer breaking contract rules even if accepted by another team risks major damage to his or her career with other teams in future.
FairPoint but I don't think it applies to Adrian newey I'm sure he wants to retire after he works with Ferrari if he works with Ferrari
