宿の回りは木々が芽吹き始めたばかりです。ＧWには間に合わないかもしれませんが、これから新緑の美しい季節になります。緑が濃くなるにつれ、長者原周辺も観光客が多くなり、週末はにぎやかになりそうです。仰る通りゆっくり景色や温泉を楽しむには平日が良いと思います。九重のやまなみハイウエイ周辺を観光されるときがおありでしたら、ぜひ利用されてみてください。

今僕は動画終盤の瀬の本高原の景色が見たくてやまなみハイウェイ展望所にいます。多分動画の場所はハイウェイ展望所から下った処の道路脇の広くなったところで録られたんですね。天気も良くて良い景色です。こんなところ知りませんでした。今日23日の朝6時すぎから黒川温泉の穴湯に入って来て現在8時すぎでここにいます。風呂上がりに来たからとても涼しくて爽快な気分です。今からタデ湿原の方へ向かおうと思います。良い場所を紹介頂きました。次の動画も楽しみにしています。

今日はやまなみハイウェイ走られていたんですね。瀬の本高原の景色は確かにご指摘の場所から撮影しました。
道路際で車を停められる景色の良い所なので、長者原から瀬の本方面に走るときは車を停めて良く景色を眺めてます。今回の宿の露天風呂は、宿泊にしても日帰り入浴にしても森の中で温泉が楽しめる最高の環境に有りますので、ぜひ利用されてみてください。近くに山恵の湯という日帰り入浴が出来る場所が有りますが、囲いも何もない自然真っただ中にあるこちらの湯と比べると、山恵の湯は、湯船の数が多かったり、山の眺めが良かったりというのは有りますが、周囲を構造物で囲まれているので野趣豊かな自然の中でというだいご味は有りません。よろしかったら比べて見られるのも一興かもですね。
