Please Correct me if I am wrong. It looks like PR supporting LMIA is the best option for a person who is on an OWP and has 2 years left on OWP. Because if that person goes for a dual intent LMIA he has to get a new closed work permit for one year which cancels his OWP. On the other hand, PR support LMIA can be processed even under low wage category which is a plus point.
17$ per hour will not support you. You will starve here. My suggestion, we do not need workers. There are NO jobs here. Save your money and take our businesses home with you and start them in your hometown.
Thia is true i was hired as cook for alberta but later in the third inteview they told me that ihave to wait 18 months for new outlet opening and my agency was pushing me to pay the first installment so that they would start the process....so anybody apply for canada i would say the wait is too long once u get hired for lmia it would take 8 months to year just to get you in canada and a start working

If Canada stops complete conversion like flagpolling, then only these people stop. Now a days, people using only FLAGPOLLING. Punjabi people are very clever.
No bro it would be immigration fraud. They genrally don’t check it but since they are scrutinizing the application might consider checking all the information which you provide earlier. You already know they increased the budget for immigration process and will invest 750 millions dollars more by end of 2026 to stream line process.

I think people coming for work on work permit should get atleast 30% higher wage that a local person with same expertise and experience and should be minimum of100K per year. Otherwise, it is difficult to survive in Canada. Most probably conservatives will come in power next time and will be stricter on immigration.
