    I don't think Dr. Lee works well under pressure of a court case and may not be the best organized, maybe primarily because if you listen closely to her descriptions, you can tell this situation still bothers her. However, I do believe she did everything in her power to help and besides Dr. Murray and Dr. Klein, she saw him the most within those last few months.

    @Yvette60 ... you know, it doesn't matter what everyone said, they are going on past events, even his family. No drugs was found in his blood or in his organs .during the autopsy other than what was given to him. Blood work, urine and organs are the best teats for detecting drugs.

    @zameisie Right, not only was there no Demerol (or any other opioid they tested for) but MJ wasn't exhibiting these classic symptoms of opioid withdrawal: tearing eyes, running nose, diarrhea, pains. Opioid withdrawal also includes anxiety and insomnia, but those symptoms alone are a far better match for a benzodiazepine (tranquilizer/sedative) dependence. The 40 mg of lorazepam (benzo) that Shafer found MJ must have had is a huge amount, also pointing to a strong dependence.

    I don't know I felt like she didn't want to answerer certain questions so I felt like. Maybe she was one of the Enablers at points.
    One of the people that help him get substances at points throughout their relationship. That's just the feeling that I got when they were talking about her staying at his house. And when he asked her about Dip van

    Couldn't wait to run to do media interviews as soon as he died. Claiming some patient did it, but how come that patient would even know she was treating MJ. When confronted about the morning he died, she claims to be out of town, then at the emergency room in Florida, etc, so she just can't remember getting the call that he was dead. Probably, she was called as a courtesy for being a former caregiver, and can't remember that call or her reaction, but had no problem doing media interviews. And why was she telling people he had been a patient? I see why he felt so distrustful toward people. Must say, after listening about the violations of his privacy, her crying seems so fake.

    @precious1859 I agree totally with you about your nerves but one of the things you are taught in basic nursing is documentation. You are taught to document everything for this reason, if you have to go to court a lawyer will eat you alive . And they generally do because we do things and not document it or feel something is not pertinent and leave it out. Even doctor's sometimes leave pertinent stuff out of the charts.

    Only thing that really bothers me is Dr. Murray really acts like he does not see he did any thing wrong at all. He thinks he was really doing MJ a favor by giving him this to sleep..... I do not think he meant to hurt him or kill him, but he does not want to take no responsibility at all.

    • @shiyingliu7564
      @shiyingliu7564 4 ปีที่แล้ว

      Yes, exactly, that’s what my feeling as well. Maybe Dr.Murray was not intended to kill Michael, but he did not take the rules to use propofol properly. He thought he was helping MJ to sleep as MJ begged him. And Dr. Murray still think he has no responsibility to MJ’s death from the beginning until now. How stupid and cool Dr.Murray is. He has already misused propofol completely. He should never ever give propofol to MJ at home with any medical monitoring settings around the patience. But Dr.Murray did, then the tragic story happened. That’s it, he killed MJ with misusing the propofol. Dr.Murray emotionally thought that it was MJ’s requirement to use propofol and that caused MJ’s death, though it was given by Dr.Murray. I think Dr.Murray was pretending to escape the responsibility. If he didn’t inject Propofol to MJ, then it is obviously MJ won’t die. That how obvious it is, Murray is the direct killer. No doubt. It is Dr.Murray finally injected the propofol to MJ that make the tragic ending a possibility, if he never did it, no matter how MJ was begging badly, there will not be a possibility to let this tragic thing happen. It is clear and simple. Dr.Murray do have the responsibility for MJ’s death. MJ was asking for Dr.Murray for help on sleep, not help him die. Then it was absolutely Dr.Murray’s fault that injected the propofol without monitoring settings.

    lee is a blessing. her path and knowledge were hard won, listening to her brief backstory. i just said 'wow'. she has integrity. this work she does takes time, it would have taken time, unlike 'quick fix pharmaceuticals' that are ultimately no use and damaging. and with her work there would have been layers to get through (this goes for anyone being treated), like finding out about the dependency to deprivan or whatever. anyways...

    • @Beautiful_Sacred_Land
      @Beautiful_Sacred_Land 9 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      she has more wisdom in her little finger than you have displayed in your ignorant won't look out of the box comment. you have no experience of this type of work so your ignorant comment is to be expected. i have known many people who do work like she does and have helped to heal and cure many people and they don't live in america. being 'america' has nothing to do with it. good luck.

      The fact that she didn't request to be provided with medical documents from MJ or any his former doctors, so she could have a realistic view of what had been happening in MJs medical history prior to her involvement, is unprofessional and unethical.

    It's interesting that Nurse Cherilyn was contacted on Jun 21 / 09 by the MJ staff. Conrad Murray was treating MJ by then. I think it's possible that MJ had doubts about Conrad Murray's treatment/care and was reaching out to another care provider.Why didn't he contact Conrad Murray. Any comments regarding this?

She was basically looking at the murderer in the eyes and testifying for him, after probably initially believing CM! that stare on day 16 last 45:08 just says it all she was so disappointed in him! She also became a good witness for the people when she said "no one who cared or had ur best interests at heart is going to give you this" Thank you JustMeSTKK without you i wouldn't have been able to keep up I have been a silent viewer of ur videos

    I wouldn’t want this lady injecting me with anything, she seems borderline like she could use a caregiver for herself, not to mention she’s lying her ass off because it’s clearly substantiated the doctor Murray was giving those infusions every night all throughout April and May and she saying that she was supposedly going there early in the morning and at night there’s something very off about it they also had a chef who is a nutritionist who prepared breakfast and all meals and the chef never mentioned in her testimony of anything about somebody else coming in preparing other smoothies she is just milking him for all it’s worth before he died and after

    @Yvette60 , MJ had to learn about propofol from a medical staff. Nurse Lee, did not keep good records either but she said, MJ told her, " my doctor said, propofol will help me to sleep and it's safe as long as a doctor monitor me" Who was the doctor?

    She had practically one page she was flipping back and fourth and most of the stuff that was said wasn't documented , if police at one point was involved why didnt someone come in sooner to stop this. This seems definately odd. And was done to kill the star, no one should feed in to ones temptations especially if its not good for them. A doctor was suppose to be monitoring him or nurse how this came about was pure negligence.

    I can understand that initially Jermaine and other family members would be in denial over the utter inconceivable depth of addiction that their son,brother, uncle was dealing with. Given the nature of the public interest and the preliminary trial, to deny this clear addiction problem now is very disheartening. Jermaine should stay away from speaking to media and stop promoting his book. He should look w/n himself, reflect on what on the reality of MJ's agony and stop the denial.

    I don't understand how this lady can even function as a nurse. She can't focus on a damn thing and seems utterly incompetent. And if it's only because she's nervous, well nursing is a high stress job where you are responsible for peoples lives. @Julien09348 Yes, I don't understand why he is acting like that, La Toya, Janet, Lisa Marie Presley, Mrs. Jackson, and of course Michael himself have said many times that there was a big addiction problem, all the videos are here in youtube...his closest friends said it...the man had an illness... they even said they wanted and had an intervention. Jermaine is selling his book, LaToya also, that doesn't look nice and caring....when is Michael finally going to rest in peace ?

    Bottom line is there's no excuse that he was left alolearn. If the Doctor was going to agree to do, some things like that for him, he should have said. Hey, this is the appointment we need. You're going to have to basically turn a wing of your house into a medical type setting.
    It shouldn't have been done at all, but you would think that they would at least have the proper medical equipment. And that's what the Doctor should have definitely had. Being that he was being paid so much. No excuse for it shouldn't have been done at all. But if they were going to they should definitely had all the necessary Equipment in montering devices

    Yvette60. You say everybody knows Michael had huge addiction issues. Jermaine Jackson was adamant in several interviews over the last 21/2 years that Michael was "not an addict." For instance, when Tatum O'neal was interviewed by Pierce Morgan, she felt MJ was certainly an addict. Jermaine then Tweeted a quick rebuke to that, pleading for "FACTS PLEASE." Whether in interviews with Larry King or on BBC radio, he believes Mike's issues were not due to addiction but to sleep problems and pain.

    I see the defense witnesses as helping Conrad to an extent. Many health professionals and others have testified that Michael approached them for Propofol, in some cases years before his passing, he knew what he wanted and what / who he was looking for. Being who he was and the adoration people had for him and lets face it the money he was willing to pay he finally got what he wanted and it cost him his life. Murray is gonna pay but perhaps in a civil case this criminal case looks iffy.

I think she may be as shady as a lot of others which is why he contacted her, but she couldn't obtain propafol and now she's trying to act like some saint. Why did he even get in touch with her unless he knew she was down with being asked to do drug favors. She couldn't even remember what year she got her supposed nursing degree. Very shady, operating under the cover of "nutritional supplements".

      Her age is relevant. She is a grandmother of eight and in the past, this was sometimes indicated when the case was extreme. Extreme cases are a horror show, and even worse in the past.

      John Smith it's all an act, she's bought by the defense because they we're hammered by Dr. Shaffer and Dr. Steinberg. She is clueless and got her alleged education online, - please. Yes, she is sad and emotional because of MJs death, so am I......

    I think this woman is wacky and I wouldn't want her seeing my dog much less me or a child. She's never consistent, most of what she says Isn't In Her "records" she's very scatter minded. It seems as if she's just making shit up. All of this is just sad. He wanted some drugs to knock his self out and he would get dr's to come see his "kids" first then hit them up for his drug addiction. People our government should put a lock down on these damn doctors only wanting MONEY and not giving a damn about the people there hurting. Did this women hurt him no but The other one killed him. Point blank. Sad world when people get this greedy-giving people a damn iv of drugs for big money. God help this country and our people.

      Hang the fuck on!! Because someone is a nurse, it doesn’t mean they couldn’t make it as a doctor!! They are 2 different professionals. By the sound of it, you are neither. Nor do you have any idea on what each does, or why one might choose to be a nurse.

      I don't think so. Hell she was on trial for Michael Jackson a person known the world over. That would be enough to make anyone feel nervous!

      that MJ had sleep disorder and did turn to many people for help. Also the nurse has a record of everything she ever gave to MJ... unlike Murray... on that point she is a slap in the face for the defense. I have no idea why they thought she's helpful for them, unless they wanted to win the trial in the media... in the end they did... by the time Mrs Jackson sued for damages the media planted the "MJ was a drug addict" belief in people's head... How could the civil court say (initially) that it was MJs own fault he died was teh result of calling such - btw unhelpful - witnesses to the stand by the defense
