Chicago does two positions very well, historically (LBs and RBs); But yeah Roquan was most definitely snubbed for past All-Pro team(s) and Pro Bowl nods ~ especially in 2022 ~ (Plus DROTY in 2018 especially since Shaq Leonard was on a wild card Indy team and Chicago had won the NFC North)

This kid isn’t even fully matured yet. If anyone deserves a deal, it’s him. You pay your homegrown talent especially when he’s a good man off the field. This is the ideal player you want to have. He does his job and holds other guys accountable.
To me, he could end up being one of the best. He’s already been All Pro twice even though nobody appreciates what he’s done. He’s a cross between Ray Lewis and Brian Urlacher.
I believe he should be playing the Mile instead of the Will. They’re almost the same position, but Mike gives him more equal opportunities to both sides of the field.
