- Kathmandu, the city of dreams and hopes. Kthamandu is home to the dreamers, it's the city achievers. Life blooms in Kathmandu, life gets destroyed in Kathmandu. Some win shile the others lose. Some find luck easily, While some struggle the hard way.
Loot is the story for five guys who find quick ways success and accomplishement. It a quest for quick money and better life. In a place where the crime rates are ascending day by day, Loot draws a reality check on the present security system of the city.
Loot is about relationships: it's about friendship and betrayal. Loot is the real picture of Kathmandu: the city of crime and lawlessness like never explored before

Really saugat Malla is one of the natural born actor, his versatile role in each and every movie shows how talented he is also cant forget to mention dayahang rai and that bouncer one they too are good at acting. Nepali film industry is getting more interesting than in 90's and early 2000's. I began to admire Nepali movies since this movie. Also good job Nischal basket young but creative director

Happy to see that Nepali movies have also started to catch up with the world in terms of movie making. I have always loved Kanchi and kussumey rumal but it was high time to move ahead and bring a change to the industry, especially in terms of script writing and camera work( people no longer enjoy extended versions of waterfall pics or flower pics). Very good work by everyone in the movie. This is my third movie of Saugat Malla after kagbeni and Katha, this guy is definitely something :)
