💜 Hi all! Beading starts at 3:45. Be sure to check out my playlist with lots of other "bead weaving basics" videos: th-cam.com/play/PL0BaSjaXGEJZbo-zVzg2RAcpX7xly0vfD.html. Thanks for watching!! 💜😀
Gina~ TY. I really appreciate your knowledge, technique, & style as well as tips & tricks in your teaching of the bead stitching basics. I am accomplished in many areas of jewelry making but bead weaving is not one of them. You are clear in your instruction, explain things well & provide great visuals. Thx again. Kim C.
My eyes went immediately to how you finished these off. (Yes, I noticed the leaf first.😉) Three very clever ways. The middle one is probably my favorite, as it's quite lovely, and there'd be no chance on earth I'd ever have thought of it. I like the cone end, too; have some of those in my stash that never seem to go with anything, maybe now have a reason to dig them out. Thanks as always, Gina, for the inspiration!👍
This is my favorite pattern ever! Endless color combinations and a slight change in the numbers of beads gives each piece a totally different look. Thanks for adding this versatile design to your video list. I am sure it will be well received ❤️
I love most of the basic beading techniques. May I request that you revisit the St. Petersburg single and double stitch and demonstrate how to attach a focal bead. Thank you for this and all your instructional videos.
This is so nice. I'm going to make multiples of this to give as gifts. I may even try to end with a lobster clasp and chain to see how that looks. Thanks for sharing this easy versatile pattern ❤
Thanks Gina for sharing this versatile method! Just the thing to start using up my old stash of Mill Hill seed beads 😀 I couldn't help but Lol when you said "branch out" while showing the leaf clasp wrap bracelet 😁😄
Hello and thank you for sharing this amazing tutorial. I started it today however I am unsure how to add more fire line as I haven’t used enough to begin with. Thanks
So glad I came across this post. I know it's old but It's very helpful because I just asked had anyone used larger beads. It's been a long time since I made one of these and I used seed beads. But I decided I would make one for my sister using 2-4mm beads. Working with seed beads have become difficult and I want a more substantial necklace and bracelet set. I wish I could see your results.
It's been years since I made one of these, and I don't know if I still can, but I'd like to try again. I will need larger beads though, at least 2mm. Has anyone done this with 2mm or larger beads?
