Every key has the same patterns. Learn the chords in the C major scale to start, and then take what you’ve learned and move it two frets up. All of it. Now you’re playing in the key of D major. Memorize the shapes and everything will fall into place.
Mind-blowing Pentatonic trick: th-cam.com/video/Cfj5CNnpg-8/w-d-xo.html
I love how any video involving arpeggios or scales is a chance to plug dominant arpeggios - the magic exercise!
Best jazz guitar teacher I’ve had the pleasure of following, thank you for everything you do!
Glad you like the videos 🙂
As a metalhead converting to jazz this is very useful, i will also use this in metal improv

Amazing 🤩
Thank you 🙂
How do I do this in every key ?? What’s the pattern or what should I study ?

I can do that in open tunning
Yes, of course 🙂
👍👍
Confusing. Every note except 7 we’re used. Would it sound awful if you just played every note?
You need to learn to think of notes as melodies, it is not just pitches or intervals over a root.
