    Hareesa Seekh Kabab:
    Ingredients:
    Chicken boneless 1/2kg
    Bone stock 3-4cup
    Green gram (husked) 1cup
    Rice 3/4cup
    Wheat boiled 1-1/2cup
    Onions chopped 2
    Yogurt 3/4cup
    Ginger garlic paste 1tbsp
    Black pepper powder 1tsp
    Oil 3/4cup
    Nutmeg, mace 1/4tsp
    Kabab’s ingredients
    Mince 250g
    Onion small 1
    All spices powder 1/2tsp
    Salt 1tsp
    Red chili powder 1tsp
    Almond powder 1tbsp
    Tarka’s ingredients
    Clarified butter 4tbsp
    Onion (finely cut) as required
    Green chili 2-3
    Method:
    Firstly soak green gram and rice for 30mins. Then de-husk the green beans and boil them with rice. Separately boil wheat. Mix all the kababs ingredients and crush them and skewer them. Heat oil in a pan and fry onions. Then add ginger garlic paste, yogurt and salt to roast. Now add the black pepper powder. Now cook the kababs till they are ready. Then roast chicken boneless. With it add boiled lentil, wheat, rice and bone stock to cook till it gets mixed. Now stir and cook it for 30mins. With it add nutmeg and mace when it thickens dish it out. For oil tempering heat clarified butter and fry onions and add green chili. Then add hareesa lastly add kabab and boiled eggs for garnishing and serve.
    Mango Falooda:
    Ingredients:
    Chia seeds soaked 2 tbsp
    Mango ice cream as required
    Cherries for garnishing
    Condensed milk 4 tbsp
    Almond ,pistachios chopped 2 tbsp
    Falooda vermi cillies 1 cup
    Chilled Milk 1 cup
    Method:
    In the chilled milk add condensed milk and soaked chia seeds. Now in a glass add mango puree. Then add falooda vermi cillies, chopped almond, pistachios, milk mixture and mango ice cream. In the end garnish with chopped almond, pistachios and cherries. Serve chilled.
    Achari Aloo:
    Ingredients:
    Potatoes boiled 1 large cup
    Chopped coriander 1tbsp
    Chopped cumin 1/2tsp
    Red chili chopped 2tbsp
    Turmeric 1tsp
    Nigella sativa 1tsp
    Fenugreek seed 1/2tbsp
    Mustard oil 1cup
    Tamarind pulp 2tbsp
    Whole green chili 10-12
    Salt as per taste
    Method:
    Heat oil and add fenugreek and when it fries a little then add boiled potatoes, coriander, cumin, red chili, turmeric nigella and salt to mix it thoroughly. Then add whole green chili and simmer it for 5mins. Lastly serve it with poori or paratha.
