In SVM classfier in prediction line you have given rc_clf.so only same output as same as random forest.

After writing this code, x , y = get_features_and_target_arrays(marara_train, numerical_cols, cat_cols,scaler) i am having the following error, KeyError: "['num '] not in index" kindly help

Try to rename num column with something other actually after num they are using whitespace so when you only write num it will display error. Either you can copy paste using your dataframe.columns() then copy all num including whitesapce after that then it will not display you key error.
