    Why the output achieves 5V peak when 10V peak input is fed? In previous page, the max peak output was calculated to be 3.183V. So, output peak should not be around 3.183V?

      Understand the previous page first bruh.
      the output only made 5Vpk *_(traingle wave)_* is because the OpAmp don't have enough Slew Rate (power bandwidth) to make 10Vpk sinewave.
      Simply put; the opamp can't deal that input signal, so the output become greatly distorted.

      I have the same question, and my guess is this: the calculated value of 3.183Vp is "max output voltage without slew-rate induced distortion" (see the graph), not the maximum output voltage the opamp will produce. It was supposed to produce 10Vp of output voltage, which is more than the 3.183Vp distortion-free maximum, thus it produced distorted waveform with 5Vp (a number which is not calculated anywhere).
