I had asked our local mechanic, but he didn't get any idea and told me keep halogen only. Halogen gets heat up more and consume battery more.
So, wanted to install LED bulb for more brightness and style with less load on battery.

Do review both types of LED bulbs : Flashing as well as Non-flashing one.

Ye ac to dc process nhi hai bro..
Is se apka battery pr load badhega or draining problem aayegi. Kyuki apne headlight me led bulb use kiya isliye aapko pta nhi padega.Dc setup ke liye coil ko unground krna padega sath hi rectifier bhi full wave lgana padega jis se apka charging apms badhta hai.

Procedure is same for activa as well , you will find same yellow colour wire in older activa but there will be a single wire .

Koi problem nhi hai , laag jaegi . Connection already DC pe hai . Nighteye led best hai , usko bs plug and play krna hai . Warranty bhi void nhi hogi . Go for it , koi dikkat nhi aegi

No , company has upgraded alternator of activa too , before alternator was coming with 4 magnets now it is upgraded to 6 magnet , so power consumption and power supply is balanced 😊

DC setup . The wiring setup i have done in this video , will give DC to chota wala bulb and main bulb will run on AC and will not drain battery.

1 sqmm or 1.5 sqmm?
Automotive wire are more strong in extreme heat , cold , water . And 1sqmm wire will be good

Problem battery draining ki aa skti agar battery ko 3 saal hone aa gaye hai toa , or battery se related issue nhi chahiye toa 5Amp ki battery bhi upgrade krni padegi bro
