Trekking in Nepal - Where to shop? What to buy?

One of the top reasons why people come to Nepal is TREKKING.
Thamel, the touristic hub of Nepal, is bustling with trekking shops.🦶🥾
Pokhara, the entrance to Annapurna range is dotted with trekking shops as well.⚪⚫🔴🔵
With so many trekking shops around, it's confusing to decide where to shop from 👀🥴
Especially if you are newbie to trekking 👶
I went window shopping for MULTIPLE DAYS to get an idea of where to begin from🤪

Try KTM CTY in Thamel or any other area. Or try Kala Patther(this one shop has less space but usually the cheapest place, favourite with locals and tourists) in Thamel as well
