Exactly! She was a main character in season 1 and they had many bonding moments. This time I feel all the stories are running parallely and independent of each other.

Not sure if they intended to do that, but I think it's a pretty good depiction for what she's going through. Not only is she the only one without her guy, she had a miscarriage.
