What mindless fool would want social media logos on cookies?
Why are you printing most of these things with a raft? Your bottom layer on your parts isn't very good as a result
O that is why my print model is not too smooth. cool i will try removing that from newer projects. thank you for support and advice :)
Most 3D printing filaments are not food-safe.
Even if you find one that is, your nozzle probably isn't. Just don't do it.
Agree i wondered why the food tasted funny :)
this is overblown and silly. the amount of lead you would get from a brass nozzle if you removed the nozzle from your printer GROUND IT UP into fine metal dust and "ATE" the entire nozzle is so miniscule its silly to even discuss it.
As for the plastic touching the food. PLA IS actually food safe but the "printing process" is not food safe so you would need to take extra care to prevent growth from occuring on the parts since you can't use hot water or solvents to clean it.
you can either resin coat them (polyeurethane) or just keep them dry and hit them with some UV and wash BEFORE and AFTER each use. you will be fine.
Oh that a good point I didn't know before, I'll give it a try.
