@@gamerstheater1187 For me, it's either an extreme high - like a sugar rush, or being really excited - in a way of someone who's rambling, hyperactive even. However, my depression, is so extreme that I can have trouble getting out of bed, not wanting to eat, having sleep paralysis and nightmares. I even can become agitated easily, have aggressive behavior episodes, and even go through it all in a single day. It's not identical for everyone, but that's what it's like for me.

Dreamworks doesn’t get enough credit. They had a lot of bangers and memorable music.
To be fair, Dreamworks has very few songs that were made for the movies they are featured in, most of them are songs by artists that just happen to fit (or are slightly modified for the movies) that is why I don't think Dreamworks can compete with Disney in terms of soundtrack

I feel like you see exactly how varied Dreamworks’ properties are when you see Shrek and Po butting in on Moses’ song. I was also wondering what Spirit would sing and was slightly terrified by the fact that his mouth was basically ripped off. And King Julien just walking through all of the things is incredibly accurate
Plot twist: Donkey was the one actually singing. And everyone else were just lip syncing to Donkey's amazing voice.

I was just starting to get over my dear of those horse masks, and then Peter rips the mouth off his and becomes a true lovecraftian horror.
Okay, so I love the entire "Prince of Egypt" soundtrack, love the movie too, but I will say I'm sad that Peter and Brain didn't go with "Playing with the Big Boys Now," because damn, I would've loved to hear them do that duet. xD
The Spirit mask killed me. Spirit was my favorite movie as a child, and still is. The soundtrack and message were great!

If nothing else, you can't deny: DreamWorks has one the widest ranges in terms of tone and style: They've got sincere to cringe inducing to meme. And I feel like you two really demonstrates it. It is pretty awesome !

It's a studio that was literally founded to be Disney with more creative freedom, so they've certainly put some lemons out
@@maryiplier798 I mean, so can Disney....on a rare occasion. Aladdin 3, Lion King 2, Rescuers 2...there are a few decent Disney sequels, even in the direct to home video market. Of course Dreamworks managed to knock out whole trilogies and such on a fairly regular basis and I don't think Disney managed that unless you count their Pixar properties. (Obviously only referring to animation here.)

I love many Disney movies but all my favorites are Dreamworks. They just got another energy and it's amazing
HTTYD is head and shoulders above most of the late nineties and aughts Disney movies, but it can’t hold a candle to the Disney golden age.

It's 'our movie' for my sister and I. We've both loved it forever, when no one else, around us at least, thought it was as genius. And now that she's moved across the country, one of the things we make time for the few times we can visit is a good ol rewatching of El Dorado!
We have one copy from childhood, another I was lucky to find in a bargain bin and gifted it to my sister the birthday after we moved.
I just rewatched it on Hulu tonight, such a great film!!!
Dreamworks should make some kind of crossover material, as Disney has Kingdom Hearts, House of Mouse, Descendants (wich I don't particulary like but still) or OUAT. That kind of thing does wonders for marketing older classics and making the whole brand feel like a big family, as cheesy as that might sound.
