They went to near Bogota, Colombia and settled in an area there, apparently amongst guerilla groups which suited their philosophy for a while but then they got caught up in the conflict and a few members killed, is what I've read. And they're still there you can visit them if you want
From what I know they didn’t get caught up in the conflict but 2 of the boys ( one named Tristan) went down into the community that was occupied and they were killed, trust me, my family was related to Tristan’s father who was not part of the group
