Hey m, Anthrax has been my favorite since I was 16, the Persistence of Time album. It's kind of a mind scramble that Elliot is a metal superfan at such a young age. I wasn't really into until high school. It's great that the metal, punk, and rock and roll in general will survive us, long after these bands are gone, like the classical and jazz composers before them.
I saw Scott in a Walgreens in Jacksonville, NC some years ago. I saw him and said “hey, are you Scott Ian?” He literally ran out out of there like he was on fire.
My first concert was this year (surprising because I'm fucking 17). It was the Iron Maiden tour with Anthrax as one of the opening bands and I remember when Scott Ian threw his guitar pick I got it and it's now my most valuable thing. Sorry for my grammar.

Awesome show and still my favorite Anthrax CD. I've never seen a bigger smile on Scott's face, then in that pic.

Cool, Ian is pretty much like me when it comes to horror movies. Don't get scared and mom learned me horror movies. My mom showed me Jaws and Halloween when I was a kid. Later she let me watch Scream. I had a pretty nice upbringing.
This kid is a lucky little punk dude. Probably the envy of his school. Nobody can tell him he is wrong when he says things about the bands, I've interviewed them would end it here's the video. He's the man
i met scott in the parking lot of the hollywood palladium in the 90's (the john bush era) after the gig me and my guitar player were getting ready to leave, and in the rear view mirror i see scott behind us selling a bike to a guy (or visa versa) i said, "hey, scott's behind the truck". don't think i finished my sentence as i look to my friend and the door was open and he was in back talking to scott. i thought, "way to be cool man" but i don't blame him. i said hi to him and he was cordial.
@Elliot: You really want to get "intimidated" by a rock musician? Do an interview with James Hetfield. Everybody is in awe of him. Every journalist, no matter how old. He is such imposing figure and, of course, a great guy and musician.
I wonder if Scott knows Joe Pesci used to play music & was really good. Pesci I believe was replaced by Hendrix in a music project back in the day as well :)
