How do you know you have correctly suppressed/ impressed/ imprinted the subconscious mind with this imaginal act of "having your lover tell you he's been looking for me all his life and now he's found me" or any imaginal act/visualization? As I follow along with this guided meditation - I have the feelings of love, excitement, joy and sensuality, etc in my mind, body & SPIRIT. What evidence might I see, feel and/or experience? How many times do I repeat doing this guided meditation before my lover manifests?? I have done a few guided meditations and practiced them as instructed and yet not received the specific manifestations I had been working on. I feel I have the Faith & Belief in what I'm doing/experiencing. So I'm looking to fine tune my application of these meditation practices and achieve receipt of the specific manifestations or something close to it.
In my experience, things manifest most easily when we have a clear formulation of our desire, we envision or declare it to be ours, and go back to doing something else that we were going to do anyway, especially if those are things we enjoy. Every time we think of our desire spontaneously, we remind ourselves that it is done and everything worked out in our favor, and if an intrusive thought comes up contradicting what we want or expressing doubt, we observe it with patience and compassion, retrieve the energy we have invested in that thought by withdrawing our awareness from it, proclaiming that it holds no power, and affirming that in our reality we already have our desire, and going back to doing something else that we enjoy or is neutral. Throughout, it helps to act as if you already have your desire, at least mentally if not fully physically just yet. If you lose your wallet, continue doing everything knowing that it will reappear. If your phone gets wet, know that it will still work after it dries off. If you want to meet with someone you care about, just get ready after you message them without the energy of neediness by reminding yourself "isn't it wonderful that I get everything I want even better than I can imagine?" over and over in case you get some tension. The moment you get impatient or nervous, reassure yourself over and over that it is done. You already have your desire and do the next thing you had planned to do anyway. Relax, remember that you got it, and carry on with the rest of your day. Any techniques that help you calm down and release internal resistance are also very useful.

I did it for a week and got into the feeling of relief before bed, but I didn't wake up in it. I redid the visualizations in the morning, but nothing super noteworthy happened with the other person. (I also did it a few more nights for fun.) We had maybe a few more pleasant exchanges, but I also affirmed throughout the day and meditated to calm nervous energy, so I am not sure this particular exercise did much, so I wonder whether to practice more or figure out what to do next. 🤷♂️ Visualizations in SATS may not be as effective for me as affirmations. 🤔

Elmer you are playing with fire. Through months of deep meditation I was able to feel people’s emotions and see what the felt emotion was doing to their internal organs. The most dangerous emotions were anger, hatred and lust. Lust created heat and slowly ate away at the organs, like being consumed with fire. How do you know you have correctly suppressed/ impressed/ imprinted the subconscious mind with this imaginal act of "having your lover tell you he's been looking for me all his life and now he's found me" or any imaginal act/visualization?
As I follow along with this guided meditation - I have the feelings of love, excitement, joy and sensuality, etc in my mind, body & SPIRIT.
What evidence might I see, feel and/or experience?
How many times do I repeat doing this guided meditation before my lover manifests??
I have done a few guided meditations and practiced them as instructed and yet not received the specific manifestations I had been working on. I feel I have the Faith & Belief in what I'm doing/experiencing.
So I'm looking to fine tune my application of these meditation practices and achieve receipt of the specific manifestations or something close to it.
In my experience, things manifest most easily when we have a clear formulation of our desire, we envision or declare it to be ours, and go back to doing something else that we were going to do anyway, especially if those are things we enjoy. Every time we think of our desire spontaneously, we remind ourselves that it is done and everything worked out in our favor, and if an intrusive thought comes up contradicting what we want or expressing doubt, we observe it with patience and compassion, retrieve the energy we have invested in that thought by withdrawing our awareness from it, proclaiming that it holds no power, and affirming that in our reality we already have our desire, and going back to doing something else that we enjoy or is neutral. Throughout, it helps to act as if you already have your desire, at least mentally if not fully physically just yet.
If you lose your wallet, continue doing everything knowing that it will reappear. If your phone gets wet, know that it will still work after it dries off. If you want to meet with someone you care about, just get ready after you message them without the energy of neediness by reminding yourself "isn't it wonderful that I get everything I want even better than I can imagine?" over and over in case you get some tension.
The moment you get impatient or nervous, reassure yourself over and over that it is done. You already have your desire and do the next thing you had planned to do anyway. Relax, remember that you got it, and carry on with the rest of your day.
Any techniques that help you calm down and release internal resistance are also very useful.

Then just set the intention on manifesting love. It's not that deep. Everything isn't supposed to be taken literal. Simply customize the intentions to your own. Everybody isn't seeking love. Despite the results of their decisions. I hope you do realize that. 🙏🏽

And I really appreciate Elmer but I think wisdom must be used & shared regarding this bc youth can get caught up & led astray by being taught to chase after things that can never satisfy. So many ole men & women die burning for Lust bc they were led astray by things like this & thus never experienced the Joys of Love. But putting Lust instead of Love in the title of this Video may help garner him more likes, perhaps. There's all sorts of lifestyles, and if everything is manifested then this is just one of the endless possibilities that exists out there for people. Some couples are queer, some couples cohabitate but don't marry, some couples have only one earner, and some are non monogamous.

I did it for a week and got into the feeling of relief before bed, but I didn't wake up in it. I redid the visualizations in the morning, but nothing super noteworthy happened with the other person. (I also did it a few more nights for fun.) We had maybe a few more pleasant exchanges, but I also affirmed throughout the day and meditated to calm nervous energy, so I am not sure this particular exercise did much, so I wonder whether to practice more or figure out what to do next. 🤷♂️ Visualizations in SATS may not be as effective for me as affirmations. 🤔
