i feel bad for jeongyeon. twice had such an eventful year, including their english debut, without her while she was on hiatus. along with all the people body shaming her and the hate she got. twice doesn’t feel complete without her and i hope she’s alright in 2022.
So many non-kpop fans think that TWICE is an 8 member group because Jeongyeon has been missing out on so many activities lately due to anxiety. She wasn't in the choreography of The Feels and Scientist and most of there US promotions has been OT8. Jeongyeon had to suffer so much because JYP continued to overwork Twice and pack there schedules like if nothing serious was about to happen. JYP should had immediately took action when Jeongyeon injured her neck during the More and More era but they didn't and waited until the last minute which was right before the release of Eyes Wide Open. I hope that she doesn't renew her contract in October because she will not get the proper rest she needs if she stays with JYP.

Honestly 2021 is probably my favourite year for them. Every release is like a work of art it’s insane 😳 Edit: like idk how to describe it but you can tell there’s so much work going on behind the scenes with production, concepts, individual projects etc. even the vlogs!! They just know how to step it up every time … and there’s so much more to go!! 🥹🫶🏽
I know right? Not a single bad omen. Kura Kura is the biggest grower, I love the two songs equally, I think it was really good for bias Chaeyoung & Dahyun & Jihyo. Taste of love is nothing less than a tasteful minialbum. They really hit it with the release, having all the songs with a fresh sound. Nayeon & Tzuyu & Jeongyeon (thank heavens for her) bias did well. Another release to the triangle of japanese releases. Perfect world held well. Jihyo & Nayeon & Mina bias made this too good. Go, Girl crush twice go! The feels... I can't lie when I say it was in my playlist the whole month... Momo & Chaeyoung & Mina Biases back for prom queen! Formula of love is on the top albums for twice for sure overall. Sana & Tzuyu & Jeongyeon did so well for this one... Doughnut was such a beautiful end of the year, nothing could top it for me in a long time. Their collective efforts made it sound so beautiful, it really showed us all the nine members. It's 2023 and it feels weird it's already a whole year from that.

I wish that would Momo sing in her natural voice more often, especially since MIMOSA might debut this year, as this means that she will have more lines. I was honestly surprised at how beautiful her voice truly is. I hope that she will become more confident singing in a way that suits her natural vocal tone. I really believe that she is a good vocalist. I hate how the music industry makes it seem like being a good vocalist is a screaming match, singing is not just about hitting high notes. It's about being able to convey emotion and connect with your audience.

Im a new Once and thanks to this video for to caught up with their 2021. But man the Brand Deals of every member. TWICE really has the Midas touch in them. I know they are over worked but I remember JYP said to them in the Documentary that if you guys still pushes on as artist. It will be hard but the pay off is great IMO.

I dont think they were overworked. Bang Chan said something about this already at this point of their careers they are already established and have the ability to say no to activities. They do all these because they want to, not because the agency is forcing them. Twice's contract was ending in 2022,they didnt know what was gonna happen so maybe everyone agreed they'd work hard as possible so there would be no regrets later on.
You can overwork yourself by choice a lot of people do it, just because someone behind the scenes isn’t forcing them doesn’t mean they’re not overworking.

As idols their time at the top is limited, eventually even top groups start fading so if they want to maximize the time they have that's their choice. Later on even if they want to work the opportunity might not be there anymore.

But ain't that what being an idol is? Don't get me wrong, I love twice more than I love myself and I'am a once but let's not forget that this is a job, not a hobby. A job they worked really hard for. I am sorry, but I wouldn't want to train for 1,2,3 or even 10 years, putting my life and health in danger because of strict requirements, making so many sacrifices and leave my family, friends, school and just my life behind, just so I can debut and have only one or two songs a year. And not do all the other things that come with it: Interviews, performances, concerts, show appearances, original content (like TTT). It may seem like a lot, but that's what this job is all about. Even with normal jobs, there's not that much vacation or breaks. Where I live, you only have 30 days of vacation during the 365 days of the year. You have to work every day (except Sundays). It may not be the same kind of job for everyone, but still. Even twice feels jobless, if they take a break, have a day off, or do nothing at all. The thing is we are so used to having groups giving us barely nothing during a year that when a group finally gives us a bit more people screams overbooked. Also, great video !

Comparing 3rd gen to 4th gen isn't a good comparison because everyone knows how overworked and mistreated 3rd gen groups were, if anything it shows that idols can still be successful without pumping out content constantly. Being an idol is not the same as working a regular 9 to 5 job, it's not as easy as singing a few songs and dancing
