Please excuse my ignorance: would this band be considered “Midwest Emo”? I’m 52 and haven’t really kept up on contemporary music as much as I’d like. Thanks!
Good day, I would definitely say they're in the realm of Midwest Emo, but if we're getting into the nitty-griddy of it all, I'd say they're Alternative Emo/Indie. Myself personally would throw them into Midwest Emo due to me being a huge fan of said genre. Hope this helps and that you have a great day!
@@drewebster8207 Thank you so much for the clarification! I guess when it comes down to it; every musical artist could be classified as something unique, but get strewn together with a certain genre. My daughter’s bf recommended SAYP to me. They’re really good! Thanks again!
this was so much fun! Much love
This is legitimately the best new band in the genre
My Kalamazoo is cloudier than yours

Man.. I love it. This is early-era Hot Mulligan/Into It. Over It. .. and all-era American Football.
i cannot stress how this sounds nothing like any american football song
@@sillybearhours I cannot stress how you're not hearing the similarities in both bands' guitar work.
I love this band.
Much respect to the band!
I aspire to be as good as this band one day 🫡

@@MrFuzzleupagus You're absolutely right, art in any form is very subjective and I agree wholeheartedly. I'm excited for any new music they release!
Goddamn it boys. It's been on repeat. All of your stuff has been. If yall stop making music I'll hold it against you!
