I would suggest best time to visit is around 4:00- 4:30pm around there. When the sun is going down you could get a best shot of the sunset as well. Inside there is just peaceful and relaxing..

Debe and Princes town. Is NOT in the same area. Debe is deep south b4 Penal.Princes Town is more South East, where u pass tru on yr way to Mayaro. Beautiful place!
