Joe when you started singing with your sis I got tears!! Your love for eac other is beautiful!! You both sing amazing and the band is amazing as well !! Love to you all!!’ And Mr. Brown and his wife!!! ♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️🙏🏼☝🏼
starkid20 fun fact: his mom actually hated that part of the song. He said she told him it was a nice song but that part was a bit vulgar. If you ever notice when sings the song live he never sings that lyric he says “show me to the subway I’ll go” and then he cuts off the “down” part. I think it’s interesting that he respects his moms opinion that much but I also think to myself she must not have listened to his albums in their entirety because the good the bad and the sexy as well as new man and even the song one life stand on my name is Joe have some lyrics where I’m like wow say what...ok joe. But he is still my favorite it’s all love
I just can't stop watching this. Joe is such a class act and his sister is sooooo gifted and beautiful. I cry seeing them interact and bring joy to this song and to the audience. Joe, if you ever read this, I want you to know that whenever you're ready to release a new album, I'll be one of the first to go buy it. We love you, Brotha.
A loving sister is already a gift from God from the beginning of one's life.. I happen to be blessed with two loving sisters i thank God for them always 💕
He converted to Islam, the ship of salvation during the end of times. This Godless society would certainly smear God’s true religion and befriend all false religions who aren’t true to their scriptures. I know I am just a random TH-cam message BUT read the Quran and see for yourself-nothing to be scared of. Ask a Muslim coworker or neighbour
Man, I saw Joe in concert in February with Brownstone, Avant, Ginuwine and Tyrese.. Joe should have been the headliner, he stole the show.. One of the best artist I’ve ever seen live..
I'm still watching this on a weekly basis! Joe's voice is so awesome and I just love how he brought his loving sister up to sing. She has such a beautiful voice as he said. I can totally see the genuine love he has for her. So beautiful to see the love in their family. It's the same love I have for my siblings. I will continue to keep watching this on a weekly basis. I'm serious when I say I always come back to this performance and had me at tears at time because of the love I see and it reminds me of the love I have for my family. :) Just love this song and live performance and can't just get enough of it!
I am listening today its 2023/05/29 Joe is an everlasting musician. The base guiter in this song makes me relieve the those decades ago. "I wanna know " Thank you Joe you killed it. I dedicate this song to our friends around the world who at this time they are in the mist of the war in Ukraine, those in Turkey and Syria experiencing the devastating earthquake. We are with you in our prayers. From me Molefe Jappie Masombuka in South africa.
I seen him several years ago and I agree man he was just as amazing I had one of those riffs recorded on my other TH-cam channel I’ve been dying to see him again. Looks like him and Tamia are touring but no dates close to me
its beautiful because its not rehearsed! its real. music is music. doesn't have to be staged and perfect it just has to be felt...go joe and ur sister, LOVE THIS
why would anyone dislike this.. hes fucking 40 now and he honestly IMHO sounds better now more than before.. its just like aging wine the longer you age it the more depth it has.. just like him his voice has more depth and soul too it now more than its ever been.
You're so right. Joe is sounding better with time and his songs have meaning; not the "Drop it like it's hot crap!" I am under the impression there's a group of people out here who do nothing but hit the "dislike" button. I don't even believe they know who Joe or anyone else is. They hate to see people happy. Joe is one of my all time favorite artists.
I love listening to Joe's music! I wish that he would perform more near his hometown so that I could attend his shows. I remember when he appeared on "Showtime at the Apollo" and Steve Harvey was picking on him about working at the local Kmart.
His voice is still amazing! This song is still timeless and I love that his voice is so clear when he sings live no auto tune like most artists today. Wow! His sister can sing! :)
joe is awesome.but when u say most artist today use autotune.i think u mistaken it for minus-1(singing over the music) or another just some reverb.autotune is T-Pain . singing in the studio is very different compared to stage.sometimes it takes weeks to months to perfect a song.not all can pull it off live. but joe did it hehe (:
pedro soliano I don't think she is referring to voiceless background music (or minus 1, as you prefer to call it), auto-tune is the reason why most artists conceal with improvised dances on live performances since they are on auto-tune when on record -- the audiences had to be distracted so their vocal lapses can't be noticed. And the idea of auto-tune you got is so 2007.
They have auto tune microphones for live performances as well these days. I miss the 90s music so much there was no distraction, pure talent, and an epic video to go along with the timeless music they blessed the world with
So beautiful. What a wonderful bond between siblings. I wish I had brothers and sisters. I'm an only child. That's why I made sure I had my three kids. So they would never be alone 😔😭🥰

I am 68 but I absolutely love this acoustic way of performing this wonderful song. Listen to the guitars!!!
My favourite all time singer. I dedicated Joe's song No One Else Comes Close to my late lovely wife 15 years ago. Rest in Peace my beautiful wife 😢
A true class act. Joe doesn't fully get the credit he deserves. He oozes class and diginity.
That's exactly why, the industry doesn't reflect or acknowledge class and dignity in any capacity anymore.
💯💯💯
Indeed ❤️
I am blown away! Is really amazing ❤❤❤❤
4 sho!!!
I Miss this type of RnB music
***** Seriously, just one song from the late 90's would give me a reason to listen to the radio again.
SO DO I .....
The best no doubt

Joe came from a strict Christian family his dad was a minister. You can hear the smooth gospel tones in their voices.
Yes you can
wonder how pops and the fam took it when he sang "show me to the subway - i'll go down"
oooooh a classic!

It rehearsed at least the musicians ,
It’s so rehearsed. The backing track is obvious.
They’re professional musicians. They rehearsed.
