It's pretty sad that twisted vee design ingame looks like she been pulled to the point of extend of ripping her limbs apart and the leading cause of its probably because of dandy, not wanting her to be a burden from subdueing her plan on trying to stop dandy, and possibly reprogramming her cpu to only follow dandy Commande Ps. I really love the overall animation keep up the goodwork :D

Dandy thinks he’s the best toon to keep everyone there with him. He thinks they are all the monsters but he is not letting them go, he takes things too far. Like what he did to pebble. He said pebble was his best friend, until he was experimented on. Dandy is a pure evil flower and won’t ever change. Some might say he will change but we never know if he will because he done many bad things and never actually helped them. It’s possible he might be different in the future or he will still be evil.
Dandy was probably forced to do it. He made his favorites and himself turn into twisteds and it's probably toe toon handlers, maybe we will get more lore soon?
