As a qualified nurse already, why would you want to start all over again?😊
I think this pathway is simple and guarantees a job and visa from the start as compared to joining the NHS as an international nurse with all the examination and fees. Aside that, upgrading your qualification from a diploma holder to a baccalaureate is expensive hence choosing this tuition-free pathway that guarantees a baccalaureate in 4 years might be a stance some are willing to make.
