They are huge universities and have low acceptance rate... You need extracurricular activities apart from marks to get admission... If you want admission solely on your marks, then try applying to Canadian universities...

Start with joining an IB or US admission oriented college,try to give International Olympiads,start researching how to build a good resume and just engage more in what you are passionate about in 9th ,10th and 12th and in 11th or even 10th give SAT/ACT and APs
