    Wow, even the cells look like mother of pearl. For chameleon cells, this is an incredibly zen piece.
    So glad you're happy. Enjoy the journey.

    I'm just blown away by all videos! I'm sitting here on a beautiful Saturday afternoon in Australia just glued to my tv, watching you! I discovered your videos a while ago but haven't really tried any of your techniques until this week when I saw your gradient pour. Alas, I've tried 3 times and cannot get it right, so turned it into a balloon kiss and chain pull..lol
    I am enjoying your videos so much, thank you 😂😂😂😂

    re cracks, I have learned the hard way to put GAC. in my paint in the summer. I know some people still successfully do blooms then, but since I already deal with some cracking at times, I don’t use thick paint in the summer either. I focused on learning pearl pours this year * my second summer). I lose access to my spinner since it is large and in my space in the garage that I use all winter long.

    Hello from Canada! Hope you're doing well. I've been following you for a while now, actually, your videos have helped me so much in my artwork! I was having difficulties creating cells in my work. While watching one of your videos one day, I tried something different and VOILA!! Cells upon cells! I was elated! 🤣 I'm now trying your chameleon look, with the coconut oil. I have tried different coconut oils, the hair serum one as well but it's not working out. Perhaps my materials are not what I need to create this look?! I have no clue! I don't use flotrol (sorry if I misspelled) perhaps that's it? I use a cheap pouring medium and silicone oil in most of my work. I absolutely LOVE your work! Thank you so much for sharing! You are very much appreciated my friend. Sorry this is so long, I would really appreciate your advice. Thanks so much ❤ Trudy.

    Paintings probably dry quicker as there as it is a lot less humid. Here on the east coast of Canada it takes my paintings days to dry due to the humidity. Love this piece of art. Love from NB

    • @JMoPainting
      @JMoPainting  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Its crazy how fast they dry, makes me a little worried too as I tend to like to leave excess paint on the canvas based on the looks I am going for and now im worried it will crack and craze if I do

    • @Littlewings1211
      @Littlewings1211 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @JMoPainting, you could do some experiments on coasters to see how much it will affect the drying and whether you get cracks. Also I would still recommend leaving the pieces at least a week, if not two, before adding varnish or resin, just to be absolutely sure all the moisture in the paint has evaporated as you don't want it to get trapped and form condensation on the inside.
      I genuinely think I would die in somewhere like Arizona, I'm British and we don't do heat very well 😂😂

  • @Littlewings1211
    @Littlewings1211 ปีที่แล้ว

    Glad you're getting settled in to your new home/studio and that for the most part (tire thieves excepted) it's given you a pleasant welcome. Did you move with family? I think you've mentioned kids before, (apologies if I am getting confused lol, but if not) how are they all finding it? Moves can be so stressful. Hopefully now you're able to paint again you can relieve some of that stress!
    This is very serene and calming, definitely matches the marble vibe you were going with and it's cool seeing more neutral colour palettes used sometimes. I think we often get carried away with all the beautiful, bright colours in the world that we forget that there's a lot of beauty in simplicity. 😊
