    I lost weight din within 2months from 76kg to 62kg without work out keme😂Hindi din ako pro pero para sa mga gusto malaman eto po ginawa ko
    1.Uminom ng tubig na may lemon pag gising sa umaga.Nakakabilis daw kasi ng metabolism,hindi ako sure pero for me gumana sya😊
    2.Madaliang stretch ng katawan sa umaga as in madalian lang,taas kamay tapos lean side to side,banat banat buto ganon!
    3.Nguyain ang pagkain ng mas matagal,kasi pag matagal kang kumakain parang madadaya mo yung utak mo na parang andami mo na kinain,mafefeel mo na busog ka na agad.
    4.Pag naglalaba ako or hugas ng plato o kahit na anong gawaing bahay pa yan,mas nag eeffort ako para madgdagan yung ginagalaw ko while doing the chores xD
    Example,yung damit na ilalagay ko sa washing iniisa isa ko muna tapos binabaliktad ko,pinupulot ko sya sa lapag para ma stretch2 yung likod,tuhod ganon
    5.HINDI KO INIISTRESS yung sarili ko about food,pag na stress kasi ako mawawalan ako ng gana mag diet,kakainin ko kung ano gusto ko PERO HANGGANG 3PM lang
    6.Inisip ko yung pinalit sakin ng hayop na ex ko,tapos ginanahan talaga ko magpapayat kasi na momotivate ako na maging BETTER ME maging mas ma AWRA.Na titrigger talaga ko sa mga oras na naiisip ko yan😂😂Minsan iniisip ko din yung time na nasa beach kami pero naka tshirt lang ako kasi nahihiya ako sa tyan ko,nung nasa store kami pero walang size ng gusto ko na damit,tapos ung mga stolen pics ko na labas ang double chin ganon 😂Minsan tinitingnan ko din old pictures ko nung payat pa ako.
    7.Pag gutom ako,nag oopen ako ng social media to keep myself busy xD Kasi hindi mo alam kung gutom ka ba talaga or Bored lang e😂Tapos maya maya maiisip ko na hindi naman pala ako gutom talaga😂
    8.Pag nakahiga ako,tumatagilid ako tapos tinataas baba ko ung paa ko left and right,hindi ito nakakapagod promise🙏Tapos higa ka gawin mo sa paa mo ung parang napadyak ka,AGAIN hindi ito masyado nakakapagod,pag napagod ka STOP.
    Then repeat nalang pag hindi kana pagod,WAG MONG GAGAWIN PAG NASSTRESS KA NA OR NAPAPAGOD KA NA KASI MAWAWALAN KA NG GANA.Mas ok na yung mabagal ang progress pero atleast naitutuloy tuloy mo
    9.NAG TIKTOK AKO.
    Yung mga dance challenge sa tiktok inaaral ko ganon,PRAMIS NAKAKAPAGOD pero hindi mo mafefeel ung pagod that much kasi NAG EENJOY KA.
    Makikita nyo sa tiktok ko (@itsheroinmfs) dati nung mataba ako puro muka ko lang naka post,ngayon may mga dance challenge na ko kasi nagka confidence na si ate mo ghorl😂
    10.Last but not the least,WAG KANG MAG LAGAY NG DEADLINE tulad ng “within 2 months dapat bawas na ko 10kilo”
    Mali yon.Ma pepressure ka,gawin mo yan as a routine at dun mapapansin ng tak sa paligid mo na pumayat ka.
    Oo sila ang makakapansin nyan una,kasi ako hindi ko napansin e pero sila sinasabe pumayat daw ako.
    Wag ka gumaya sa mga nakikita mo sa yt na tutorials ng work out keme,professional na sila e.Pag sumunod ka don ma pepwersa ang katawan mo,mawawalan ka ng gana.
    LASTLY,gusto ko lang sabihin na hindi mo kailangan pumayat para gumanda/pumogi.Ginawa ka ni God kaya BEAUTIFUL KA.
    Gawa ka din ni God kaya importante na alagaan ang iyong sarili😊Wag mag padala sa nakikita sa social media na models.
    Gawin ang tama sa katawan mo,tamang weight sa height at age mo is ENOUGH.
    Hindi porket mataba e panget okay?
    May kanya kanya lang tayong pananaw😊Hindi man agad,someday ma aachieve mo din ang dream body mo.

    Kween yung routine ko is every morning I wake up 6:00 am and after that 30 mins ako nag stretching after that I follow Chloe tings workout before a meal it worked namans tiyaga langs HAHAHAH labyuuu kween!!!

      Share ko lng po yung experience ko
      Ako po yung type na tamad na tao lage nakahiga. Gigising, kakain, selpon, kompyuter, tulog. Nung g8 po ako sobrang lobo po ako tapos nung nagbakasyon sobrang motivated ako magpapayat pero dahil nga tamad akong tao d ako nag eexercise. Mahirap po sya sa first day mag ccrave ka po tapos ganon din sa 2nd day tapos pinagpatuloy ko lng po tas nung nag 1 week mas may control na ko saka d na ko nag ccrave saka pag busog na ko natigil na agad ako. Dati pag may uwi yung nanay ko na pagkain lage ako nakain, kaso yung time naman na nauwi yung nanay ko, ay time ng fasting ko at d pede kumain, pero yung nag IT na ko na ccontrol kona sarili ko at d na nakain ng basta basta. Saka pansin ko dati nakakakain ako ng 4 na tinapay pero d pa ko busog although busog na ko pero sa tingin ko d pa, pero yung nag IT na ko 1 lng busog na ko at okay na ko dun.
      So sa 8 hrs na pede ka kumain pede ka kumain kahit gaano kadami. Kahit anong pagkain pero mas effective kung healthy foods saka low calories pero papayat ka pa rin kahit marami ka kumain at kahit ano kainin mo bsta sa 8 hrs ka lng na yon kakain. Sa 16 hours na d ka pede kumain bawal ang juice, tubig lng pero pwede ang green tea. Mas maganda kung nag eexercise ka between sa 16 hours na yun, don ka mag eexercise. Atsaka habang nakahiga ka din nag bburn ka pa ng calories sa 16 hrs na yon.
      So sa dalawang buwa na bakasyon... April at May. Pumayat ako. Nung nag g9 ako sobrang luwag na nung palda ko kaya kailangan pasikipan. Since wala kaming pangtimbang d ko alam kung ilang weight nabawas ko pero pansin na pansin yung pagkapayat ko. Yung pagkakita nga saken ng previous classmates ko nung g8 nagulat sila kase pumayat daw ako.
      So basically, yes papayat ka kahit d ka mag exercise. Bsta wag ka lng lalampas ng 8 hrs na pagkain. Tas sa 16 hrs wala kang kakainin, tubig or green tea lng ang pwede mong inumin, at bawal ang juice at kape. Pede nman siguro ang kape pero nakadipende sa type ng kape yun. Mas maganda din po kung between sa 8hrs na kakain kayo mas konti ang carbs, kung kakain kayo ng kanin konti lng saka konti lng ang tinapay. Bsta low carbs mas maganda. At yung last na kakain nyo or iinumin sa 8 hrs na yun maganda kung may fiber.

      Saka keep in mind po wag po kayo mag expect na in 1 week lng papayat agad kayo ng sobra. Long term process po ang fafasting at d agad kago makakakita ng difference. Kaya wag po kayo mawalan ng motivation kung sa tingin nyo d nagana bsta ipagpatuloy nyo lng at dapat wala kayong ginagawang mali sa pag fasting. Pag may napansin kayong pagkaiba mas mamomotivate po kayong gawin.

    Intermittent fasting can cause Hypoglycemia, been there not worth it. Bigla ka na lang mag collapse. Papawis lang pero kain pa rin ng marami pero masustansya

    Queen LC💓👋 Try nyo po yung 12 in 1 Gluta Lipo na ginagamit po ni Viy Cortez🤗 Hi di nyo na po kailangang mag exercise or what. Basta po makainom lang po kayo nun ng 2 times a day. Try nyo po manood ng vlog ni Viy Cortez about sa 12 in 1 Gluta Lipo. As in, hindi po talaga sya nag exercise pero kitang kita po yung results.     Idol wag ka mag skip ng meal pwede ka naman kumain basta one cup of rice lang sure yan mababawasan ka ng timbang effective yan idol

    Most effective: Papakuluan yung dinikdik na luya, papalamigin at gawin mong water therapy
    Pag di ka sanay: Kuha ka ng tag limang pisong luya hugasan maigi, ilagay sa tumbler at lagyan ng warm water, palamigin at inumin mo sya pag nauuhaw ka, refillan mo lng sya pero warm water pa din.
    (Pwede mo lagyan honey or lemon)
    Sabayan mo ng no rice, softdrinks at junk foods. At most specially exercise/workout
    You can see big difference in 2weeks

    16 hours kang fasting tapos 8 hours kang feasting (pedeng kumain) tapos lots of water

    Kuya lloyd download niyo po sa phone niyo yung 30 day workout. Effective po siya sakin. Merong easy, medium, hard. Tapos good for at least 30 mins lang yung mga exercise. Hope it helps po

    Yes Kwin LC, tama yang Intermittent Fasting + dagdagan nyo po ng LOWCARBS, sali ka po sa Group namin na LCIF sa FB para ma inspired ka magbawas ng timbang. Usually nag Intermittent Fasting ako plus Lowcarbs na when it comes to food intake ko. Ratio ko sa INTERMITTENT IS 18:6 then tatlong beses sa isang linggo naman ay naka OMAD - LC ( On Meal A Day - Low Carbs ). Sa una lang mahirap pero pag nasanay na katawan mo magiging okay na din yan. Laban lang po para sa latawan this 2020.

    I am doing intermittent fasting din po and nag lose ako ng ~20 lbs. and now minemaintain ko na lang po yung weight ko. Nag engage din po ako sa sports tulad ng badminton and malakas siya makapawis kaya i think nakatulong din siya lalo na maging healthy. Go Kween.. kayang kaya mo yan.. support k namin., 😘

    Nag LCIF din po ako ngayon. Strictly no rice po talaga tsaka mga high carbs na food at no sugar din. Tas samahan ng excercise :)

    Mother Queen LC support po kta sa pagpapayat mo. I try the LCIF totally no rice na. I lose already 14kg for 2mos. Kapag nagugutom po ako i drink water pra mabusog agad hehe.. Good luck sana pagpapayat.
