Hi, it's better to choice space and k in "text before delimiter" to extract exactly only number in the AREA. When you extract only k you will end up with number and space.
In the transformation power query is smart enough to recognize number and space as number. But you better do it right

Unfortunately not. Map charts can only plot high-level geographic details, so latitude/longitude, and street address mapping isn’t supported
