also as this is the first 1080 60fps video, there were a ton of rendering woes that took many hours to solve
this edited down video is about half and 10 minutes shorter, so naturally i would want the file size of the render to be about half of the original recording while still looking Good, but the built in h265 in vegas would end up being about full original size
this was rendered with voukoder h265 using hardware, which ended up close enough to the file size i wanted with good quality (at least i think)
wouldve used software for even LOWER file size and a bit better quality but the render times were outrageous for me so thats an instant no (and honestly i didnt really notice much of a difference in quality during the testing)

for the last enemies you have to go to 0/0/0 cordinates in both areas and also for the last one you have to talk to the guy in the fax area who says "i love my job" and then talk to the nearest npc, if the npc says that they like their job then you are doing it right, talk to all 6 and then talk to the yellow one saying he's looking for someone with a particular set of skills
