I'm surprised that you don't freeze more of the stuff you find. Bananas,,blue berries apples lemons all of these things can be frozen. I.grew up very poor and belive me I'd make sure I'd put anything I could in the freezer or can it too.
Here in Australia aldi has a 3 day turn around. I know this because i went for a job interveiw there and they tell you that. So anything in the shelves that has not sold in 3 days in fruit vege and fridge gets tossed.

Please don't feed your chickens bread!!! They do love it but I was a surgical vet assistant and was able to stand in on autopsies of several chickens that a farmer couldn't figure out why they were dropping dead so much. Turns out that his wife and kids liked feeding the chickens bread and crackers often as treats and they had been slowly smothering their digestive systems. When he opened up the gullets of a few I watched their entire digestive systems were filled with a flourish pasty looking...paste. it was so thick like wet cement. They even had some starting in their lungs. It was a horror show. They didn't know any better and these were their prize show chickens we're talking about. It was if their digestive systems and gullets were full of spray foam or something. The vet said that he had also seen similar in pet birds and parrots who died unexpectedly. Processed bread and wheat crackers are bad. If you want them to have treats fruits berries and veggies are best. Avoid iceberg lettuce(causes diarrhea), apple seeds(slowly release arsenic) and breads and wheat crackers. Processed stuff is awful. Wheat is fine in its raw form and other lettuce and greens are great just everything in moderation along with a good feed. Good luck hopefully they will be okay if you stop feeding them those items now that you know. God bless and be well.Cheers

You would need a huge freezer.. better a whole cooler room. Just the strawberries and blueberries would fill a regular size freezer!
I would make jams from the fruit, freeze the banana's,eat them like it's an ice cream
The bread will not hurt the chicken my brother has had chicken for years it does not hurt them at all
