    Hi doc,
    I've been having an issue for a few years with shin splints in my right leg from running. I've consulted various professionals, and while it's helped, the issue persists. I'm currently walking every day, and trying to run every other day. I use running shoes that were picked out to specifically address the issue and it's helped. It still aches sometimes, which tells me that it's not going away completely.
    I know it's a long shot to ask here, but can you recommend anything to make that shin splint disappear completely so I can start moving without worries again.
    Thank you very much! Love your videos!

So a lot of weight and strength is in play. After seeing this multiple times, it does look like Draymond is really using his left leg to get over Sabonis than the offending leg so he isn't putting all his weight on that ribcage. 1. Stand there and not retaliate (which he would not do because he wanted to get down the court to take advantage of the 4 on 5)
    2. Do exactly as he did (I argue this is the worst choice as it makes him look worse than what Sabonis did to him)
    3. Fall to the floor while Sabonis is grabbing his ankle and fake injury, which would have likely resulted in a harsher penalty for Sabonis than just a tech. This was the best option.

    This type of shit should be straight up CRIMINAL. IDGAF if it’s in the heat of battle if something nasty was said if draymond wasn’t feeling right none of that matters. Draymond Green did something that has the potential to seriously injure or even kill. If he stomps on the heart at the wrong millisecond we’re talking Damar Hamlin 2.0. If he stomps on a major artery or ribs were talking internal bleeding punctured lung or worse. This isn’t a sports play this isn’t tough it’s assault it’s completely outside the bounds of any game or competition. Lock the SOB up

    • @mikhailboldt3417
      @mikhailboldt3417 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@Fractured_Unity actually legally it would not be. Legally you have to exhaust all non violent methods to deescalate a situation before resorting to violence or eventually deadly force. If you have a gun and someone grabs you or trips you you can’t just shoot them dead. You have to try to get away fight them off threaten them etc before resorting to deadly force. Same applies here. Draymond could have asked the referee for help waited for Sabonis to let go or seen if someone else was coming to assist. DS didn’t have him in a choke hold he wasn’t killing him draymond didn’t have to kick him in the chest risking serious bodily injury

    Definitely an overeaction by Draymond. When someone grabs your leg, it's annoying, but he didn't roll over, bringing Draymond to the floor and presenting any real risk to Draymond. Draymond lost control yet once again. He definitely needs more than a one game suspension. I don't think he will ever get it, but he still needs to be punished.

    Could you argue that the grab from Sabonis caused Draymond to place his foot there out of reaction to maintain balance? Seems like Draymond hopped out of reaction to get his foot out of Sabonis’ hold.

    • @Lbyt21
      @Lbyt21 ปีที่แล้ว

      No you can’t. The grab was minimal and draymond had time to wind up, pause for a split second, then come down hard to stomp Sabonis. He easily could’ve stepped over him. But instead he stomps him, then proceeds to launch himself with his entire body weight on Sabonis. He meant to hurt him. Then he jumps on the table egging the fans on. Quit defending this punk.
