Maybe you should watch videos of other teachers. If you won't understand it through demonstration the you will have a harder time understanding it through text.
Is it supposed to to be the classical ض or the modern one? Looks like it's the modern one, coz the traditional one has rakhaawah , and what this sir pronounces is with a shadd quality
