This new album has all these different styles of music done in a better way than Imagine Dragon's evolve album. I agree they are learning how to make their music better. I cannot wait to see how popular this band becomes.
Because the masses want what makes them dance and want to party, not what they relate to. It's also dependent on the parents and what kind of things they expose their kids to as they grow. I've always exposed my kids to the older movies/tv/music of all decades and genres as they grew up. I'm grateful I taught my teens to appreciate music and use it in their life. My 14 year old listens to the current trash her friends do, but she listens to and loves Elvis, Johnny Cash, Frank Sinatra, music like this, and a wide variety of stuff depending on her mood. My 16 year old does the same, but her taste in music isn't as wide as the younger one. But the younger one is an artist, so it's not surprising she has more of an appreciation than the older one.
