A very very important tip I want to share with Dr. Kiran and the people of India: My brother-in-law has gone back to Vietnam since January 2020 for the lunar new year and has been stuck over there and won't be back to the US till April or May. I ask him what the Vietnamese people have been doing to stay healthy amid this Coronavirus crisis. And here is what he says: >>> EVERY 15 minutes, I repeat, EVERY 15 minutes, TAKE. A SIP or TWO of DRINKING WATER, to flush germ + virus + bacteria in your throad down to your stomach. If you don't/can't affort bottle water, you can BOIL tap water for 10 minutes, then let it cool down and use. If you add some slices of ginger then boil it, it is a bonus, too. I think Taiwanese people have used this trick to overcome this virus, too.

But Anganwadi worker not able to maintain health status and also daily going to Anganwadi centres to continu daily works.. please Madam consider Anganwadi worker and helper health status..
