Tom Vialle - Becoming World Champion | KTM

Tom Vialle has been a breakthrough talent in the FIM MX2 Motocross World Championship. The Frenchman stormed into Grand Prix last season with the Red Bull KTM Factory Racing team and went on to take the 2020 title aboard his KTM 250 SX-F. As KTM enjoys its 12th MX2 series' victory from the last 13 seasons, Tom and the team reflect on a challenging year with an outstanding outcome.

I have a 19’ YZ450 and have never been able to get the bike to steer with the rear. The motor is too jerky and not smooth and linear like the Austrian bikes. The 23’ KTM is said to be faster than the Yamaha. And the previous generation of Austrian bikes was awesome they where so easy to ride and allowed you to be aggressive and charge. You just can’t slam into stuff as hard with the Yamaha it’s not as balanced and compliant of a chassis when compared to a Kawasaki or the steel frame bikes. I’ll be buying a KX450 to replace my YZ here soon.
