After selecting "Polkadot" on the "Connect Ledger" page, I don't see an option to select the Ledger app, but instead the "Choose Network" dropdown menu.

Ahh okay, just found this line "Polkadot (DOT) previously secured by a Ledger Device do not need to be migrated." This explains my case.
